I bought a Spice Handset “Blue Berry” hand set No# QT-64 vide IMEI no: [protected] on dated 20/08/2011 from Hot Spot Store, shop no-14, Central Market Punjabi Bagh West New Delhi vide invoice no.[protected]. actually i visited them for Noika handset with good looking but their sales representative shown me this handset which I like and I ready to bought but its seal was open and when I object she get me convince that its opened today...

charging extra amount to repair the spice handset

i have a spice handset ( model no m.4580 ) . it fell down and its mic got damaged . when i approached spice care centre located in chandigarh sector 38 named ( cyber electronics ) they responded too rude . before repairing the set ,its reciever was working properly. only mic was not working . but when i deposited the spice handset to them for repairing they changed the mic as well as the reciever. .and asked me to pay 350 rs..
