As I was a fresher I went to different companies for interview but due to lack of reference I wasn't able to find job so I went to splash customer service for arranging interview they said 4 weeks time it will now it is 1 & 1/2 month but no response and they are not picking up calls now their mobile is switched off and their company is also not there...

They repeatedly calling and wantedly saying they will be providing job and u have submit the documents... Xerox copies of resume photo address proof ... With registration fees of 50 rs ...
After getting they will interview by themselves... That hr will come and test our skills ... We will be waiting from 9. 30 am till 3, 00 pm and later they interview and say there is no skill, experience and currently no job for qualifications......

Guys beware of this Splash customer service Anna nagar Chennai. They promise to provide you job in MNC and abroad companies, They ask 500 for application after getting 500rs they wont arrange any kind interview, if you ask anything they will say you dont have skills, so pay 10 or 20k to bribe HR or Training. After paying 10 or 20k they wont respond or attend your calls.. They already swindled lakhs of rupees in the name of Comfyi solution...
