I ordered a portable AC from ssscart.com through there website on 24 Apr 17 after confirming on telephone that the product is available and will be delivered within a week. After a week of ordering I started calling them about my product. Every time they are telling that product will be despatched within a day but never despatched. On 11 May 17 I asked them to cancel my order and refund the amount, but till date neither they have not canceled...

Dear Sir, I had booked a geyser on 22nd of October 2013 through junglee.com and the item was to be delivered from the Vendor SSScart.com. I had made the payment through my credit card on the same day and on the 28th of October 2013 when I called up the Vendor to enquire about my delivery, I was informed that there was a delay from the courier company and the same will be delivered by the 29th of October 2013.
