I was applied for cancellation my health policy but insurance company not refunded amount. So, i requesting you to help in cancellation my all membership & refund all my amount rs. 20998/- in this regards. I got first call from sales team of 'star healthcare india' regarding their plan associated to healthcare on 25th june 2019. This plan was associated to kind of health care insurance, in which you will get reimbursement of opd expenditures of 1 lac in just 4490/- annual premium. Product name was 'shci elite family plan'. There is premium paying facility by quarterly/half yearly for this product.
