Star Healthcare India — company doesn't respond to calls

Hi,

I got first call from sales team of 'star healthcare india' regarding their plan associated to healthcare on 25th june 2019. This plan was associated to kind of health care insurance, in which you will get reimbursement of opd expenditures of 1 lac in just 4490/- annual premium. Product name was 'shci elite family plan'. There is premium paying facility by quarterly/half yearly for this product.
Initially i didn't entertained the guy, as i was well aware of fake calls from delhi/ncr/noida/ghaziabad/gurgram region. However, he kept me following daily and convincing to chose any plan & let give them opportunity to serve. Since it was startup company (As per him), he asked me to help in standing up high in healthcare market.
So, i decided to check his authenticity. I asked him about his address, web site, branches etc. He forwarded web link - http://starhealthcareindia.com/ and some of the branches from my hometown, which seems me correct.
Then he sent me mail regarding details of the plan from mail-id - [protected]@starhealthcareindia.com. His call was from this number - [protected]. I kept on postponing his meeting to see his desire. Then he used to call me daily and asked to give him opportunity to serve, so that he can create good will and spread his network through me by providing good service.
One day i asked him about all expenditures his company covers. He said we cover following items from health care industry (Added in photo) along with health card by name of my family members. He also promised that i will get welcome kit with items (Like thermometer, sugar level testing machine, vouchers for dental/eye/health checkup etc.) mentioned in the mail photo. Then i decided to take chance and see. I agreed to pay quarterly premium, which comes rs. 1122. Then he told me that he will send one link to pay online premium. He sent me paytm link for payment of 4490 initially (Probably intentionally). Then i asked him to forward link for quarter premium i. E. 1122.
He modified it and sent back for payment of rs. 1122.
I paid it on 3rd july 2019. After that i was waiting for e-health card online as he promised. But initially he used to tell that you should get it but due to some issue it is not sent you. Then i used to call him daily once and he kept me promising. Now, when i call his number, it says incoming to this number is blocked. I understood that i have been fooled.
I was doubtful about the company based on inputs he was asking me for record purpose. Like, he asked dob of me and age of my family members, which is not obvious. Because health-card had specified name and dob of member and not age. But thought to help startup company i had been fooled. I am writing this complaint so that to create awareness about this fraud company and teach them lesson. Hope, govt./non-govt. Organizations will take action against such companies.
