insurance claim rejected saying it was an abortion. patient is now 9 months pregnant

Patient was 2 months pregnant at the time of hospitalization. She was admitted for having some initial difficulties and was discharged in 2 days. Patient is now 9 months pregnant.
Claim got rejected saying that it was an abortion.

I got an update only when it got resolved. That's why I opened again with claim no.

Myself is Mr. Praveen Kumr.V S residing at plavila veedu, Narickal. P.O, punalur. On september 10th i took a health insurance policy of starhealth insurance for 3lakhs with a premium of rupees nine thousand sevenhundred per year. I paid the first premium to the agent Mr.Saran Sasi. But till now i didn't get any intimation from the company, not even a receipt of the payment. The agent of starhealth Mr. Saran sasi told me that the company will give you the receipt and policy documents only after twenty days. Today is the twenty fifth day after the first premium payment. This type of company decisions are not reliable and customer friendly.So i will not recommend your policy to my friends and relatives because of the bitter experience i felt. I would like to know my policy status as early as possible.The agent Mr. Saran sasi's mob no. is [protected]

twice transcation for renewing the policy and payment not returned

i was renewing the health insurance policy of Star Health and trying to make payment by ICICI netbanking on 4th July 2014, but payment deducted from my account but not showing in Star Health portal, i have attached the screen shot of ICICI portal after making payment, it has written "functionality not available currently, please inform helpdesk" mail to ICICI customer care.
Then i was again gone through Star Health portal for renewing the Policy and make payment by ICICI netbanking, and now this time payment successfully also successfully renewed the policy of Star Health and got confirmation from them.
so i have asked from ICICI bank and Starhealth regarding transaction of two payments as confirmation and status whether they have received payment twice or single for renewing the policy (Policy No. P/211113/01/2015/000646) as well as confirm to ICICI for resolving the matter.
ICICI confirming that the both transaction had successfull and beneficiary (Starhealth) received payment twice.
while asking Starhealth they said they have received only single payment.
after continous following up with both there is no resolution till now.
