not providing salary and unwanted and inappropriate conversation

I have hired there for business development and he provided me the offer letter and i have that committed salary letter by the name of hr manager "rakesh" & head is mr. Roopam. After 1 month, he started changing their algorithm and started showing the tantrums about revenues and all. I was completely not aware that he is doing with all the employee he hired before.

r_mcts is fake id.. defaming stepsindia technologies.. it has other ids like
sanj98, qrt_123 and abc_hathras. appears that the same person has posted
multiple times with different ids just to lengthen the thread to defame steps India technologies and owner/CEO Roopam Goenka.
Legal action would be taken against them....
