Myself Mr. Wakekar Anil Laxmanrao, President (Chairman) Mr. Sunil Kisanrao Bagul Illegally Appointed me as Principal in his SUNSUBA Polytechnic [DTE Code: 5254 & MSBTE Code: 1175 ], At. Laxminagar, Post- Mundegaon, Tal. Igatpuri, Dist. Nashik, State: Maharashtra, PINCODE : 422403 without my Permission. SUNSUBA Polytechnic have Permanent AICTE Application No.=[protected].President Misused my name and my Misused {UG & PG }Degree Certificates without my permission. I had never joined this SUNSUBA Polytechnic, Igatpur in life. I had gone only for Interview not joined by me in 2018. This President Used my name as Principal from 2018 To 05/04/2023. After complaining and called by me to office supritendent Mr. Jitentdra Bagul on date:05/04/2023, then he removed my name from AICTE Portal. Now My name Currently present on DTE PORTAl Mumbai and MSBTE PORTAL Mumbai as Principal in SUNSUBA Polytechnic, Igatpuri, Nashik. He did not give me any Single Salary. This is very Big Fraud. This CRIME Comes under IPC 420, 468 and 469. I kindly request to you take strict action against this SUNSUBA Polytechnic, President and General Secretary. And Please give order to give me five years my Salary on my Following A/C Number as per Appointment Order which was used in AICTE Portal.
