Swiggy Instamart Complaints & Reviews

On 10th July 2022, I placed an order at swiggy instamart. Two items were not delivered, so I raised a complaint at Swiggy help center and even emailed them at [protected]@swiggy.com, but they did not respond. I'm only receiving emails saying We were unable to validate your concern. Hence, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

The Butter was found to be spoilt on opening and I want to return it or get a replacement.

I am very unhappy i order 2 icecream tub but I didn't get one tub when i asked delivery person he said they didn't give and informed me to place a complain i need my money back so unhappy very disappointed i will never use instamart again

I had placed an order and the deliver address instamart itself changed to current location, had within seconds placed a request to assistance guy Saksham to either help me cancel the order and replace it at the correct location or help changing the delivery address, wherein he refused to help with the same and very disappointing response and was okay with me leaving the app and never using it again, and giving such an unpleasant and disgusting response to my request at 12 midnight wherein I didn’t have an option to help myself with. Never had experienced such inconvenient behavior from any other delivery app

I ordered 9- 10 items from Swiggy Instamart. None of the items mentioned on the list got delivered. Instead some other 4 items have been delivered.
This is highly disappointing and irresponsible. I have been a customer of swiggy for so long and it is not something expected from Swiggy.
I need a refund as soon as possible. Had a chat with the customer support but it was of no help.
Hope this issue gets resolved soon!

This is highly disappointing and not expected.
Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

I ordered products on Swiggy Instamart and after seeing the same products with less cost on Amazon, i have requested to cancel the items, but they are refusing to pay me back even single rupee of total 1023 rupees, please help me

I ordered kashmiri walnut kernels from swiggy instamart and when I opened the package the whole walnut was infected with fungus. I ordered this on 2nd June 2022.

Swiggy commits on 20-25 min delivery and then keeps on resetting the timer multiple times. You feel like your order is about to reach and suddenly the timer becomes 20 mins again. This is really frustrating for customers, better not to commit which you can’t deliver. I placed an order[protected] and timeline for delivery was 20-25 mins, but It did not arrive even after an hour. I had to get same thing from other place, so dint take the order. While asking for cancellation Swiggy customer support kept on saying due to server/technical issue it can’t be canceled.

I ordered grocery from instamart swiggy and received a expired Maggi masala noodles.Which had got smelly while cooking.when checked the date it was already expired a month ago.

Contacted the customer support but just received long waiting hours and no prompt response.As if customers health is not the main concern.Only speed delivery and stupid marketing is not gonna help swiggy if they play with people's health.

They give products which is close to expiry dates. And when asked for replacement they say still 2 weeks is left. whereas product whole validity is 45days. How am i supposed to finish the garlic dip in 2 weeks. This is just waste of money as Most of the dip will be wasted. Its high time we start going to stores and check expiry and buy ourselves. Thank you

I had ordered a product firstly a got a good product, when i had order a whole grocerier stuff for family, , full product was brutely damage, , and team is not able to reoreder or refund, please help, as i dont have money to eat also, , full moneey was with swiggy, ,

I have ordered eggs, 12pcs from Swiggy Instamart, on 24th April 2022.
All the eggs were rotten, smelling so bad, and few of them were broken.

I received mint leaves(pudina) in damaged condition. I informed to Swiggy customer care team but they are simply not accepting the fault and unable to help by saying that this is store issue. Highly disappointed with Swiggy customer care team response.

I had ordered for Maggi double pack and once I opened, there were 100s of Red Ants!

It is happening to me many times that I order something else and I get some if I order someone else to flavor it, then they give me another flavor. If I had ordered any other milk, I would have sent a tetra pack a couple of times I have also got an expired product. On complaining, these people say that we will highlight your problem and nothing like this will happen in future. But still the same thing happens again and again order no[protected]

Ordered Unibic Fruit and Nut cookies on 6th April 2022. The packaging of the cookies said BEST BEFORE 31st January 2022. They delivered an expired product.

I have ordered products worth Rs. 1402, out of which i have not got AMUL Ghee 1kg worth rs. 520.
Looking at the swiggy bag size, we have asked delivery man to wait until we open the order.

He also witnessed ghee is missing, I have complaint them many a times, but neither i am getting refund nor the product.

I'm open to both Refund or to get the product.

Swiggyinstamart is a way to fool customers.They don’t have a customer care to address your complains.I ordered items worth 503 Rs on 2 Apr 2022.the delivery man was 11 mins away from my location and said will not deliver as the address is not exact.I manually wrote address in app before order.They pick up any nearby address without information u and then say we will not deliver.When you cancel order they don’t refund.We should want this app to be banned.They are fooling customers.I ordered delivery in 5 Rs without my consent they made it 15 Rs.This is cheating.Now no one has delivered product company says refund is not possible.Govt. should take steps against such people who are fooling innocent customers.

I ordered grocery items worth Rs 252 from Swiggy Instamart. After 25 minutes of placing the order, I received the order my order has been delivered. To whom? No idea. I was constantly tracking his location and he had not moved even 1 km away from the store. He picked up my phone after about 20 missed calls, claiming he had delivered the order which is hysterically funny. I immediately contacted Swiggy customer care who keeps giving me atrociously stupid reasons on why they can't refund my order. Apparently, they believe their company guidelines hold more weight than the rules that govern this country.
I request all those reading this message to not order anything from this portal if they can't respect their customers, they don't deserve to be in the market in the first place.
Please look into this matter. And help me get my money back as soon as possible.

Had ordered Ice cream from Swiggy Instamart on 10th March 2022 at 11.38pm.
Swiggy delivered a month old expired Ice cream.
When we all 4 members ate the ice cream and the taste was pathetic. All members stomach got upset, specially my wife who is suffering from Hyper acidity and other health problems. Vomitted all night.

When this was informed to swiggy they are lightly asking apology and giving the refund of product.
Who is gonna to look after the health of the consumer affected?

Looking for guidance to file a case in consumer court.

I have an instamart unit beside my house
Near 5 PM the delivery boys gather around the area, and start talking or howling should I say like they are in a private club. It's impossible to open the window in the daytime thanks to their rowdy behaviour. Whole night they have to load and unload crates which makes it near impossible to fall asleep. I would like swiggy corporate to take strict actions against these guys. Such behaviour makes it impossible for us to live here.

Placed an order on Instamart worth 1600. However, i received total items worth 1300 rs only. After contacting multiple teams at support team, I was informed that money can't refunded as per the policy.

Need strict action against such fraudulent activity and refund the amount ASAP.

Had ordered for Apples, have received 4 rotten Apples.
I am a regular customer, did not expect this kind of product from them.
It was like throwing rs 121 in the waste bin.
