Ordered GNC Creatine Monohydrate from Swiggy Instamart twice, and both times I received a fake product.
I verified the authenticity using the code S9X8D5EP on www.guardian.in/verify, and it showed as invalid, confirming the product is counterfeit.
Swiggy gave me a coupon the first time instead of a refund. They clearly said if it happens again, I would get a refund via UPI.
I used that coupon and received the same fake product again, but now they are refusing a refund. I have full proof, including:

This is a serious issue involving fake health supplements and consumer rights violation.
I want a full refund, and action should be taken against Swiggy Instamart for selling duplicate products and not honoring their promise.
