I am staying in bangalore. I the institute for tally 9.0 erp version and sap fico. They informed us that after completing the version they will provide us the interview for job. But after completion they are not providing a single interview. The employee who were working in the system domain are all fraud employees. The system domain company is also a fraud company. Done believe the institute and don't join the institute.

Incomplete Training & Irresponsible behaviour of Trainer & Company's staff

I reside in Bangalore & I had joined for advanced Tally course in April 2014 at Systems Domain, Jayanagar Branch, for a duration of 3 months with Mr. Rajkumar being my trainer who is taking classes in the morning around 11.00 or 11.30 am, every alternate day, i.e., on Monday, Wednesday and Friday along with another student named Ms Vinutha. My Roll No. is N12-301 for your reference.
Though, the class initially was running normally, the following irregularities have been observed as the classes progressed :
1. On[protected], I was delayed in reaching the class, due to some personal reasons. Then, the trainer gave me an assignment to complete and also told me that he would teach me that portion of Tally class, which I had missed. But though he promised so, neither did he teach me that 'missed' portion ---as there was nothing extra he had done from previous class --- nor did he inform that he had not done anything extra at all. And this resulted in me waiting almost whole day till 8.30 pm for the 'missed portion', though I had completed the assignment, which also involved me teaching his next batch of students as per his request though I am still a student. And till that time, he did not even bother to check whether what he was going to teach had already been learnt by me or not, as this was the case.
2. There were several occasions when he did not take class and even FAILED TO INFORM ( the students ) about it, inspite of me repeatedly requesting him to inform us. And on several occasions, we ( the students ) visited the Institute only to learn that no class would be taken that day at all, and had to go back all the way since, Mr. Rajkumar failed to inform us about it.
3. On 9-6-2014, Mr. Rajkumar informed us ( the students ) that the class would not be taken that day and also informed us that the class would definitely be taken the next day, i.e. on[protected]. Since, we do not usually have classes on Tuesday, I ( and the other student, Ms. Vinutha ) confirmed once again with Mr. Rajkumar as to whether he would be taking class on[protected], to which he replied in the affirmative. Then, when we came to the class on[protected], we were surprised to find no trainer in the class and upon calling Mr. Rajkumar, he informed me that he had fallen asleep and thus, is not in a position to take the class now. Hence, Mr. Rajkumar again FAILED TO INFORM us that the class was not being conducted, though, he had informed to the other student named Ms Anupama that the class would not be conducted and he had FAILED TO INFORM me and Ms Vinutha that the class was not being conducted due to reasons best known to him.
4. On[protected], when I had enquired with Mr. Rajkumar as to why he had FAILED TO INFORM us ( me and Ms Vinutha ) that the class was not being taken, when he had WITHOUT FAIL INFORMED Ms Anupama that the class would not be taken, he began to make very light of such a serious issue and even laughed and made fun of it. This resulted in a verbal fight between me and Mr. Rajkumar. And Mr. Rajkumar told me another reason that he could not conduct class on[protected], as he was busy attending the police verfication and proceedings regarding theft at Jayanagar Branch, which was not true. And when I personally asked him on as to whether there was any theft in Jayanagar Branch 7-7-2014, he changed his earlier statement and told that the theft had taken place at Ganganagar Branch of System Domain and not at Jayanagar Branch. Hence, Rajkumar failed to inform us ( me and Ms Vinutha ) about the fact that the class was not there, even though he had managed to inform this fact to Ms Anupama, who comes in an earlier batch.
5. On[protected], when I attended the class after a gap of nearly more than a week as I had not been well, Mr. Rajkumar told me that he had done an assignment in my absence, which he had already forwarded to my email account on[protected], itself. And later when I checked my email account, the said assignment had not been sent by Mr. Rajkumar as it was a total LIE. Then, when I again told him on 7-7-2014 to re-send the assignment, since it was not sent to me, he promised that he would send it without fail but till date he has not sent the assignment.
6. Also on[protected], when I attended the class after a gap of nearly more than a week as I had not been well, in my absence, one model question paper was secretly sent by Mr. Rajkumar through e-mail to Ms Anupama and Ms Vinutha, telling them that they should not share that mail with anyone. And this mail was NOT AT ALL SENT TO ME, even though I am also the student of Mr. Rajkumar. This is CLEAR SIGN OF BACK STABBING. And this I came to know because of the fact that by chance Ms Vinutha had opened her personal gmail account, wherein, only on that day a mail had come from Mr. Rajkumar regarding the model question paper. And I do not know how many such documents have been sent secretly to them and whether Ms Vinutha has told me about all of them.
7.On 7-7-2014, when I had informed Mr. Abhishek of GET session about some of the above developments, he had assured that Mr. Arun, who is at the Head Office looking after such issues, would definitely call up and look into the problems faced by me. But no one has even bothered to call me up till date regarding the above issues. And when I again reminded Mr. Abhishek on[protected], he said that he would again remind Mr. Arun to look into the issues but again no one has bothered to call me up or look into the issues faced by me.
8. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar called up to inform me that the class would not taken by him that day. And since, I was away, my family members took the call and Mr. Rajkumar not only informed that the class would not be taken that day but also informed my family member to ask me to call him back. And when I called him up on his two different mobile nos., the recorded message that came was that " the subscriber is not receiving your calls". This is a clear sign of harassment.
9. Also, Mr. Rajkumar was always speaking & getting personal with me and several other students including female students in the class while teaching in the class, which is NOT acceptable at all as the course and institute has a specific code of conduct, which applies to him too.
10. On[protected], when I reached the class a little late by around 12.30 pm., Mr. Rajkumar told me upon me entering the class that, he had just received a sms from Ms Vinutha that she was not coming to the class. And then, he again changed his statement that the sms had been received by him only 10 minutes earlier to my arrival from Ms Vinutha, which was a blatant lie. Generally, if one o[censored]s, i.e., either me or Ms Vinutha was absent for the class, Mr. Rajkumar would usually not take a fresh class but do some recap of earlier classes or clarify our doubts regarding the class. Then, later I came to know that Ms Vinutha had sent the sms in the morning itself around 10.00 am. And when I asked Mr. Rajkumar as to why he told that he had received the sms just now, he changed his statement that though he had received the sms in the morning at around 10.00 am itself, he saw the sms just before I had entered the class, which CANNOT BE TRUE as Mr. Rajkumar has 2 mobiles which are often getting calls and it highly impossible that Mr. Rajkumar has not seen a sms message Ms Vinutha in one of his busy phones for almost 2 and half hours.
11. On[protected], when I emailed the founder and co-founder of Systems Domain Pvt. Ltd., i..e., Mr. Krishan Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma, about irregularities of Mr. Rajkumar, not only did they reply to my mail but also have failed to take any action till date.
12. On[protected], when I personally informed Mr. Gourav Srivastav, the Centre Manager, about some of the above irregularities observed about Mr. Rajkumar, he promised to take suitable action against him and also gave me an option to change the trainer, Mr. Rajkumar, which I had declined. He also informed me that he would mail me all the Missed Documents ( model question paper and assignment and maybe other documents not known to me ) after a one-to-one meeting with Mr. Rajkumar. Mr. Gourav also informed me that he would himself call me up to inform the status of the developments. But neither any mail nor any call has been received from him till date.
13. On[protected], Mr. Gourav Srivastav also informed me that he was aware of my complaint regarding Mr. Rajkumar made to Mr. Arun through Mr. Abhishek on 7-7-2014, and it was fine that I had approached him now. But when I asked him as to why he remained silent on the issue, if he was aware of the complaint, he had no answer. IT IS QUITE SURPRISING THAT MR. GOURAV SRIVASTAV WAS WAITING FOR ME TO PERSONALLY SPEAK TO HIM ON ISSUE INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY APPROACHING ME THOUGH HE WAS WELL AWARE OF THE ISSUE BEFORE HAND.
14. On[protected], Mr. Gourav Srivastav told me that the classes taken by Mr. Rajkumar would be
re-scheduled to fit my timings and convenience and that classes would be taken on one-to-one basis to me exclusively. He also once again informed me that he would mail me Missed Documents and would call me to find out my timings and convenience, but till date, he has neither sent the said documents nor bothered to call me.
15. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar, though took the class on one-to-one basis, but conducted such class after much delay around half an hour though he told that he would only take a 5 five minute break, even after my repeated requests to conduct the class right away.
16. On[protected], when I again enquired with Mr. Gourav Srivastav as to why he had failed to enquire from me directly about my complaint with Mr. Rajkumar, he REBUKED ME by telling that I should have informed him about the above mentioned irregularities as it were happening and since I had delayed in informing the above, he too had failed to enquire from me and was NOT BOUND to take action against Mr. Rajkumar. THIS IS A VERY CURT, UNWORTHY, IRRESPONSIBLE AND CRUEL REPLY WHICH CANNOT BE TOLERATED AND EXPECTED FROM A CENTRE MANAGER, AS MR. GOURAV HAD FAILED IN HIS DUTY TO TAKE ACTION NOW, INSPITE OF KNOWING THE ABOVE IRREGULARITIES.
17. On[protected], when I again tried contacting Mr. Arun through Mr. Abhishek, the cell of
Mr. Abhishek was switched off, which is highly unprofessional.
18. On[protected], the staff of System Domain were seen mocking and laughing secretly because I had complained about the above issue, which would be far from being resolved as none of the top level management were willing or even interested to address and resolve the issues faced by the students who enrol for various courses such as Tally.
19. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar asked to me come by 2.30 pm instead of the usual 11.30 am for the class, and when I reached at 2.35 pm, Mr. Rajkumar made me to wait for 45 minutes before actually starting the class, and did not bother to inform me that he had to go for lunch and a demo class before actually starting my class. This is THE HEIGHT OF IRRESPONSIBLITY.
20. On[protected], in the absence of Mr. Rajkumar in the class, since Mr. Rajkumar had asked me to come by 2.30 pm, and upon my arrival since Mr. Rajkumar was not present in the class, when I enquired with Mr. Gourav Srivasatav as to whether Mr. Rajkumar had taken class in the morning, he showed his ARROGANCE AND IRRESPONSIBLITY by telling that he does not know about it, even though he is CENTRE MANAGER FOR Jayanagar Branch, who should be updated with such basic information.
21. On 4-8-2014, when I attended the Tally class after a gap of a week ( as out of previous 3 classes, 2 classes were not taken by Mr. Rajkumar as informed by him / Systems Domain / Vinutha ), neither Systems Domain nor Mr. Rajkumar bothered to inform me that the class was not there, which made me waste my time, money and energy as I had to go all the way to the class only to be informed that the class was not there by the receptionist. She also gave a vague reason that since my mobile number was not reachable, she could not inform me. This is height of irresponsible attitude and arrogance that none of them bothered to inform me.
22. On 8-8-2014,[protected] and[protected], neither Mr. Rajkumar or Systems Domain bothered to inform me that the Tally classes would not be conducted.
23. On[protected], too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or Systems Domain bothered to inform me that the Tally classes would not be conducted and only when I called up, Jeniha said that Rajkumar was on leave and would keep me updated. This is the height of irresponsibility and improper conduct.
24. On[protected] too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or the other staff of Systems Domain bothered to inform me as to whether the classes would be conducted, even, the admin staff named Jeniha had promised me to keep me updated about this fact on[protected], itself. But neither Jeniha nor Rajkumar nor any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to even inform or keep me updated as to whether the classes would be conducted or not and and they do not have any shame in making false promises. And they respond only when I call them up. This is another height of irresponsibility and improper conduct.
25. On[protected] &[protected] too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to inform me as to whether or not the classes would be conducted indicating their irresponsible behaviour and attitude.
26. On[protected],[protected], 1-9-2014, 3-9-2014 & 5-9-2014 too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to inform me as to whether or not the classes would be conducted indicating their irresponsible behaviour and attitude.
And as of now, no Tally classes are being held after[protected] which has left me in jeopardy as neither the course is finished nor do I have course certificate to apply for prospective jobs.
Hence, with regard to the above irregularities observed in the advanced Tally class, I request you to take immediate strict and suitable action against the trainer, Mr. Rajkumar, the founder and co-founder members of System Domain Pvt. Ltd., i.e., Mr. Krishan Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Shyam Sunder Agarwal, Mr. Abhishek, the trainer for GET class, Mr. Arun, who is the centre head for administration, Mr. Gourav Srivastav, the centre Manager for Jayanagar Branch, for their unprofessional, unfair, immoral, unnatural conduct, wrong attitude, red tapism and irresponsible behaviour in handling the students, course contents and dealings with the students, as the above mentioned attitude and behaviour is NEITHER ACCEPTABLE NOR CAN BE TOLERATED, at any cost.
Hence, with regards to the above, I request you to take immediate strict and suitable action against the admin staff named Jeniha too along all other staff already mentioned, for their unprofessional, unfair, immoral, unnatural conduct, wrong attitude, red tapism and irresponsible behaviour in handling the students, course contents and dealings with the students, as the above mentioned attitude and behaviour is NEITHER ACCEPTABLE NOR CAN BE TOLERATED, at any cost.

The officials of Systems Domain have remained indifferent to the above issue and have neither bothered to respond and resolve the above issue nor made an attempt to discuss the issue with me in order to resolve the issue till date, inspite of several requests to them to resolve the issue.
I hope you are able to resolve the above complaint and take necessary action against Systems Domain Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore at the earliest.
I also wish to state that though I had complained about Systems Domain in this website in 2014, this matter is yet-to-be resolved.

But neither Jeniha nor Rajkumar nor any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to even inform or keep me updated as to whether the classes would be conducted or not and and they do not have any shame in making false promises. And they respond only when I call them up. This is another height of irresponsibility and improper conduct.
25. On[protected] &[protected] too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to inform me as to whether or not the classes would be conducted indicating their irresponsible behaviour and attitude.
26. On[protected],[protected], 1-9-2014, 3-9-2014 & 5-9-2014 too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or any other staff of Systems Domain bothered to inform me as to whether or not the classes would be conducted indicating their irresponsible behaviour and attitude.
And as of now, no Tally classes are being held after[protected] which has left me in jeopardy as neither the course is finished nor do I have course certificate to apply for prospective jobs.
Hence, with regard to the above irregularities observed in the advanced Tally class, I request you to take immediate strict and suitable action against the trainer, Mr. Rajkumar, the founder and co-founder members of System Domain Pvt. Ltd., i.e., Mr. Krishan Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Shyam Sunder Agarwal, Mr. Abhishek, the trainer for GET class, Mr. Arun, who is the centre head for administration, Mr. Gourav Srivastav, the centre Manager for Jayanagar Branch, for their unprofessional, unfair, immoral, unnatural conduct, wrong attitude, red tapism and irresponsible behaviour in handling the students, course contents and dealings with the students, as the above mentioned attitude and behaviour is NEITHER ACCEPTABLE NOR CAN BE TOLERATED, at any cost.
Hence, with regards to the above, I request you to take immediate strict and suitable action against the admin staff named Jeniha too along all other staff already mentioned, for their unprofessional, unfair, immoral, unnatural conduct, wrong attitude, red tapism and irresponsible behaviour in handling the students, course contents and dealings with the students, as the above mentioned attitude and behaviour is NEITHER ACCEPTABLE NOR CAN BE TOLERATED, at any cost.

I also wish to state that though I had complained about Systems Domain in this website in 2014, this matter is yet-to-be resolved.

Regarding not completing the course

My name is Amit I have enrolled for oracle and Unix course in systems domain located in cmh road Indiranagar and I have mad full payment of 35700. But from last 2 weeks they are not at all conducting any training for me and they are simply ignoring my complaints. And they are telling that we are having back door entry for various jobs and they are telling me to pay 45000. Please help me to get my refund. My mobile number is [protected].

NO PROPER SERVICE

Greetings!!!
This is to bring to your kind attention that i have taken a Reliance connection post paid with the number [protected]. This number was activated in July 2014 and i have taken an unlimited plan with sms package.
For the first month it was fine and the problem started after that.we had some problem with the display, antenna and some other issues and was contacting the store manager who sold us the instrument and the connection. He kept telling us that we have to give back the piece so that they will send it to head office to mumbai and then we get it back repaired.
We thought some how we will adjust and pushed the work, as we could not afford to give bk the piece for 4 to 5 days.The problem persisted and it has completely got dead.
Finally we gave it to the store person with an assurance that we will get it repaired in 4 to 5 business days. After 6 days, we went to check the status where he said he has to get 3 or 4 then only he will be sending.Really got annoyed and asked for another piece as a back up.He denied and does not even respond to our queries.
We told him, if this is the case, we would complain to consumer forum but no change in his attitude. Now its already 15 days i have given my land line piece to him still he is a saying it will take 5 more days.
MY question is i am only using call forwarding for incoming calls. when i am not using phone for out going calls, will u give me a discount of all the non used days on my rent????
The problem is from your side and acceptable upto 7 days and not beyond that..why should i bear this loss??? I am not even sure now that the store keeper had sent the piece for repair or not. There is no acknowledgement nor reference number and acts very unprofessional.
Pls check the status and get back to me with the answer to my queries.

Immoral, wrong and irresponsible attitude of Trainer and staff of Company

Dear Sir(s),
I had joined for advanced Tally course in April 2014 at Systems Domain, Jayanagar Branch, for a duration of 3 months with Mr. Rajkumar being my trainer who is taking classes in the morning around 11.00 or 11.30 am, every alternate day, i.e., on Monday, Wednesday and Friday along with another student named Ms Vinutha. My Roll No. is N12-301 for your reference.
Though, the class initially was running normally, the following irregularities have been observed as the classes progressed :
1. On[protected], I was delayed in reaching the class, due to some personal reasons. Then, the trainer gave me an assignment to complete and also told me that he would teach me that portion of Tally class, which I had missed. But though he promised so, neither did he teach me that 'missed' portion ---as there was nothing extra he had done from previous class --- nor did he inform that he had not done anything extra at all. And this resulted in me waiting almost whole day till 8.30 pm for the 'missed portion', though I had completed the assignment, which also involved me teaching his next batch of students as per his request though I am still a student. And till that time, he did not even bother to check whether what he was going to teach had already been learnt by me or not, as this was the case.
2. There were several occasions when he did not take class and even FAILED TO INFORM ( the students ) about it, inspite of me repeatedly requesting him to inform us. And on several occasions, we ( the students ) visited the Institute only to learn that no class would be taken that day at all, and had to go back all the way since, Mr. Rajkumar failed to inform us about it.
3. On 9-6-2014, Mr. Rajkumar informed us ( the students ) that the class would not be taken that day and also informed us that the class would definitely be taken the next day, i.e. on[protected]. Since, we do not usually have classes on Tuesday, I ( and the other student, Ms. Vinutha ) confirmed once again with Mr. Rajkumar as to whether he would be taking class on[protected], to which he replied in the affirmative. Then, when we came to the class on[protected], we were surprised to find no trainer in the class and upon calling Mr. Rajkumar, he informed me that he had fallen asleep and thus, is not in a position to take the class now. Hence, Mr. Rajkumar again FAILED TO INFORM us that the class was not being conducted, though, he had informed to the other student named Ms Anupama that the class would not be conducted and he had FAILED TO INFORM me and Ms Vinutha that the class was not being conducted due to reasons best known to him.
4. On[protected], when I had enquired with Mr. Rajkumar as to why he had FAILED TO INFORM us ( me and Ms Vinutha ) that the class was not being taken, when he had WITHOUT FAIL INFORMED Ms Anupama that the class would not be taken, he began to make very light of such a serious issue and even laughed and made fun of it. This resulted in a verbal fight between me and Mr. Rajkumar. And Mr. Rajkumar told me another reason that he could not conduct class on[protected], as he was busy attending the police verfication and proceedings regarding theft at Jayanagar Branch, which was not true. And when I personally asked him on as to whether there was any theft in Jayanagar Branch 7-7-2014, he changed his earlier statement and told that the theft had taken place at Ganganagar Branch of System Domain and not at Jayanagar Branch. Hence, Rajkumar failed to inform us ( me and Ms Vinutha ) about the fact that the class was not there, even though he had managed to inform this fact to Ms Anupama, who comes in an earlier batch.
5. On[protected], when I attended the class after a gap of nearly more than a week as I had not been well, Mr. Rajkumar told me that he had done an assignment in my absence, which he had already forwarded to my email account on[protected], itself. And later when I checked my email account, the said assignment had not been sent by Mr. Rajkumar as it was a total LIE. Then, when I again told him on 7-7-2014 to re-send the assignment, since it was not sent to me, he promised that he would send it without fail but till date he has not sent the assignment.
6. Also on[protected], when I attended the class after a gap of nearly more than a week as I had not been well, in my absence, one model question paper was secretly sent by Mr. Rajkumar through e-mail to Ms Anupama and Ms Vinutha, telling them that they should not share that mail with anyone. And this mail was NOT AT ALL SENT TO ME, even though I am also the student of Mr. Rajkumar. This is CLEAR SIGN OF BACK STABBING. And this I came to know because of the fact that by chance Ms Vinutha had opened her personal gmail account, wherein, only on that day a mail had come from Mr. Rajkumar regarding the model question paper. And I do not know how many such documents have been sent secretly to them and whether Ms Vinutha has told me about all of them.
7.On 7-7-2014, when I had informed Mr. Abhishek of GET session about some of the above developments, he had assured that Mr. Arun, who is at the Head Office looking after such issues, would definitely call up and look into the problems faced by me. But no one has even bothered to call me up till date regarding the above issues. And when I again reminded Mr. Abhishek on[protected], he said that he would again remind Mr. Arun to look into the issues but again no one has bothered to call me up or look into the issues faced by me.
8. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar called up to inform me that the class would not taken by him that day. And since, I was away, my family members took the call and Mr. Rajkumar not only informed that the class would not be taken that day but also informed my family member to ask me to call him back. And when I called him up on his two different mobile nos., the recorded message that came was that " the subscriber is not receiving your calls". This is a clear sign of harassment.
9. Also, Mr. Rajkumar was always speaking & getting personal with me and several other students including female students in the class while teaching in the class, which is NOT acceptable at all as the course and institute has a specific code of conduct, which applies to him too.
10. On[protected], when I reached the class a little late by around 12.30 pm., Mr. Rajkumar told me upon me entering the class that, he had just received a sms from Ms Vinutha that she was not coming to the class. And then, he again changed his statement that the sms had been received by him only 10 minutes earlier to my arrival from Ms Vinutha, which was a blatant lie. Generally, if one o[censored]s, i.e., either me or Ms Vinutha was absent for the class, Mr. Rajkumar would usually not take a fresh class but do some recap of earlier classes or clarify our doubts regarding the class. Then, later I came to know that Ms Vinutha had sent the sms in the morning itself around 10.00 am. And when I asked Mr. Rajkumar as to why he told that he had received the sms just now, he changed his statement that though he had received the sms in the morning at around 10.00 am itself, he saw the sms just before I had entered the class, which CANNOT BE TRUE as Mr. Rajkumar has 2 mobiles which are often getting calls and it highly impossible that Mr. Rajkumar has not seen a sms message Ms Vinutha in one of his busy phones for almost 2 and half hours.
11. On[protected], when I emailed the founder and co-founder of Systems Domain Pvt. Ltd., i..e., Mr. Krishan Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Shyam Sunder Sharma, about irregularities of Mr. Rajkumar, not only did they reply to my mail but also have failed to take any action till date.
12. On[protected], when I personally informed Mr. Gourav Srivastav, the Centre Manager, about some of the above irregularities observed about Mr. Rajkumar, he promised to take suitable action against him and also gave me an option to change the trainer, Mr. Rajkumar, which I had declined. He also informed me that he would mail me all the Missed Documents ( model question paper and assignment and maybe other documents not known to me ) after a one-to-one meeting with Mr. Rajkumar. Mr. Gourav also informed me that he would himself call me up to inform the status of the developments. But neither any mail nor any call has been received from him till date.
13. On[protected], Mr. Gourav Srivastav also informed me that he was aware of my complaint regarding Mr. Rajkumar made to Mr. Arun through Mr. Abhishek on 7-7-2014, and it was fine that I had approached him now. But when I asked him as to why he remained silent on the issue, if he was aware of the complaint, he had no answer. IT IS QUITE SURPRISING THAT MR. GOURAV SRIVASTAV WAS WAITING FOR ME TO PERSONALLY SPEAK TO HIM ON ISSUE INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY APPROACHING ME THOUGH HE WAS WELL AWARE OF THE ISSUE BEFORE HAND.
14. On[protected], Mr. Gourav Srivastav told me that the classes taken by Mr. Rajkumar would be
re-scheduled to fit my timings and convenience and that classes would be taken on one-to-one basis to me exclusively. He also once again informed me that he would mail me Missed Documents and would call me to find out my timings and convenience, but till date, he has neither sent the said documents nor bothered to call me.
15. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar, though took the class on one-to-one basis, but conducted such class after much delay around half an hour though he told that he would only take a 5 five minute break, even after my repeated requests to conduct the class right away.
16. On[protected], when I again enquired with Mr. Gourav Srivastav as to why he had failed to enquire from me directly about my complaint with Mr. Rajkumar, he REBUKED ME by telling that I should have informed him about the above mentioned irregularities as it were happening and since I had delayed in informing the above, he too had failed to enquire from me and was NOT BOUND to take action against Mr. Rajkumar. THIS IS A VERY CURT, UNWORTHY, IRRESPONSIBLE AND CRUEL REPLY WHICH CANNOT BE TOLERATED AND EXPECTED FROM A CENTRE MANAGER, AS MR. GOURAV HAD FAILED IN HIS DUTY TO TAKE ACTION NOW, INSPITE OF KNOWING THE ABOVE IRREGULARITIES.
17. On[protected], when I again tried contacting Mr. Arun through Mr. Abhishek, the cell of
Mr. Abhishek was switched off, which is highly unprofessional.
18. On[protected], the staff of System Domain were seen mocking and laughing secretly because I had complained about the above issue, which would be far from being resolved as none of the top level management were willing or even interested to address and resolve the issues faced by the students who enrol for various courses such as Tally.
19. On[protected], Mr. Rajkumar asked to me come by 2.30 pm instead of the usual 11.30 am for the class, and when I reached at 2.35 pm, Mr. Rajkumar made me to wait for 45 minutes before actually starting the class, and did not bother to inform me that he had to go for lunch and a demo class before actually starting my class. This is THE HEIGHT OF IRRESPONSIBLITY.
20. On[protected], in the absence of Mr. Rajkumar in the class, since Mr. Rajkumar had asked me to come by 2.30 pm, and upon my arrival since Mr. Rajkumar was not present in the class, when I enquired with Mr. Gourav Srivasatav as to whether Mr. Rajkumar had taken class in the morning, he showed his ARROGANCE AND IRRESPONSIBLITY by telling that he does not know about it, even though he is CENTRE MANAGER FOR Jayanagar Branch, who should be updated with such basic information.
21. On 4-8-2014, when I attended the Tally class after a gap of a week ( as out of previous 3 classes, 2 classes were not taken by Mr. Rajkumar as informed by him / Systems Domain / Vinutha ), neither Systems Domain nor Mr. Rajkumar bothered to inform me that the class was not there, which made me waste my time, money and energy as I had to go all the way to the class only to be informed that the class was not there by the receptionist. She also gave a vague reason that since my mobile number was not reachable, she could not inform me. This is height of irresponsible attitude and arrogance that none of them bothered to inform me.
22. On 8-8-2014,[protected] and[protected], neither Mr. Rajkumar or Systems Domain bothered to inform me that the Tally classes would not be conducted.
23. On[protected], too, neither Mr. Rajkumar or Systems Domain bothered to inform me that the Tally classes would not be conducted and only when I called up, Jeniha said that Rajkumar was on leave and would keep me updated. This is the height of irresponsibility and improper conduct.
Hence, with regard to the above irregularities observed in the advanced Tally class, I request you to take immediate strict and suitable action against the trainer, Mr. Rajkumar, the founder and
co-founder members of System Domain Pvt. Hi I worked in system domain more then one year.. there i submit my academic degree and marks card with center manager complacence on November but when i relive from that company they are not giving the marks cards and degree, one month salary instead of that they are asking from me two month salary to return the degree....in my life i didn't see this type of creature... (arun kumar)center manager. if i am asking with Mr shyam sundar sharma(managing director) they are not responding with this...i don't know how this type of creature present in world...so kindly take action for this... my hope is consumer-complaints to get my certificates and salary.....
note: Mr Arun and sundar don't do the pooja for every Friday and every day its total waste..first respect the mankind.. you guys are do anything for money any thing means anything.....

In the month of June i had enrolled for Spoken English classes at marathahalli branch of Systems Domain, i succesfully completed y program and i have been placed by Systems Domain. Irregularities in services and not refunding the course fees

Hi, I had gone through the similar experience at Sarjapur Road branch Systems Domain. Ms. Gunjan had taken the full payment by cash at one short and given thousand hopes and promises. I joined in first week of September 2010 for advanced Java courses on fast track, still they have not completed 50% of the course. I had 5 times trainer change and a lot of class cancellations, break and too many class time changes. I had stopped going for the classes and they keep saying they will arrange for the new trainer.
I had been requesting for the refund of my rest 50% course at least for the past 3 months, but the branch Manager/ CEO Ms. Seema is not at all worried about that and the coordinator Shalini is there just to take my message to the manager. These business jambavans not only swallow public money and as well screw up the innocent people's career goals and plans. As a women I can sincerely pray God to give proper punishment to these dishonest business magnets for cheating the public. I consider this seems to be a worst business than anything else in the world.

Ya completely agree with vijalakshmi comments...I joined around march month i joined only because of job but till now not even attended single interview ...simply i wasted my money, time there is no placement at all...and also teaching faculty is not good they will show tooooooooo much of attitude ...for running programs simply they will do copy paste they dont even know the logic of the programms ...by thinking about the job my health condition became very bad...simply they will be telling we have the openings will be sending ur details to that company but dont even give single interview...SO PLS I SUGGENT DONT GO AND JOIN SYSTEM DOMAIN THEY ARE THE PROFFESSIONA CHEATERS AND MONEY SUCKERS...
