I have got sms from T24 to recharge of Rs.298 and get 1 GB 3G data + Rs.150 talk time..but when I have recharged (on date-24/8/2015) I have got talk time of Rs.298...Now I have just opened net to check whatsapp for around 30 second and they have deducted Rs.114 and when we have contacted to their customer care number on-198 then the customer care executive have responded rudely and abuses. This was ridiculous as I have been cheated with this...

SIM is not activated after 4 days of purchasing

My T 24 SIM is not after 4 day of purchasing after 4 days of purchasing the SIM.
When I called the costumer care number they said that your forums are not submitted there so your SIM is not activated, but when i purchased the SIM from BIG BAZAR they said that your SIM will be activated in less than 2 days.

sim card deactivation

Hi, this is Mr.Alok Prasad from kanpur, U.P. having T 24 sim no. [protected]. I lost my mobile on 06/05/14, hence, I want to request the T 24 team to please BLOCK my Sim card ASAP.
Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

T24-Bad customer service & deduction of amount without any info

Hi, i am using t24 simcard from last 2years, form last 10-15days 5 Rs is getting deducted as call cost for twice or thrice in a day whenever i connect to internet from my airtel simcard. if i call customer care they are telling that u have sent international SMS unfortunately from last 1 month i am not sending even a local SMS also. it is giving a very very bad service & looting customers like anything. the customer care people are least...

i have a mobile connection with t24. my internet is not working despite of getting my sim card checked. whenever i call the customer care center the respondents say that your complaint will be resolved in next few hours.....but it has never been resolved. i am facing this problem since 31st january...

I had been purchased an T 24 Prepaid, Connection in Vizag Central, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Today (07.03.2012) noon they had been deducted Rs.75/- rom my account that i had downloaded an song.
Today noon, when i called a number, they had not received that call and in less than 3 minits i had received a message, that i had downloaded a song and we(T 24) had deducted the download charges and monthly rental charges.
