I am not able to access CAT study material for which I have paid 40k INR to classes

There is a scheme with TIME classes for Aimcat test series where the candidates with IIM Calls can avail discount. I was eligible for rs 2600 to be refunded as waiver from total amount rs 5300 paid.
But still the waiver amount is not refunded and its been 60 days almost post payment and registration.

My Son has taken a admission for Mains JEE, IIT in T.I.M.E Madipakkam branch in the year 2018 for 2 years course. After 9 months of classes, in the month of February, it discontinued and when enquired about, we came to know that the school division of T.I.M.E. has discontinued it's operation. And now when we are asking for refund of fees which was taken at the beginning of the course in lump sum, now it's been more than 3 months and there has been no proper communication about refund from their side.
Every time when contacted, they try to delay by giving excuses.

respected sir/mam i had joind times on 26/7/2013 for tuition of bank po exam where i attained very first lecture where i found that professor are not helping me with my quarry and demotivating me than i decided to canceled my admission very next day i have given written application for cancel my admission as i know they must have incurred cost to me like service tax etc that's why i told them please deduct what ever your cost even i told them to deduct demo lecture cost which they charge 500 + extra what ever. but after several reminding and visiting after 2 month they told me they will not refund me a single rupees because they have policy once admission get confirmed that can not be canceled at any circumstance. please please help me where to go who will help me please help me sir i am mailing you with lots of hopes
