I registered my complaint earlier through you and I received a call from Tata. They register my complain and provide me request number PNR[protected] and told me that my problem resolve by 28th march and I received a confirmation call. But my problem still not resolved and I did not received any call from Tata people.
I tried to talk to call center peoples and they said you receive call in next half an hour but no one can look into...
