I have been working as a freelance instructor at a company named Technosoft Consultancy(Online Trainingl). Prior to this i was a working professional with experince in prestigious companies. I agreed to train a student and completed her training. But The owner is delaying my payment every now and then. Even though the amount is not big, its his comments which made me elated. I was joined a training for sales force administrator, in an institute called, technosoft consultancy, sangeeta plaza, marol, Mumbai on 13.10.16.
The owner is Mr. Jittesh purohit
And trainer Mr. Nitin Sawant.
Training cost -rs.18000. I paid 9000 on 15.10.16
Duration - 40 hrs.
Additives- post training 2 real time projects, resume preparation and sending to different companies.

- i had worked with this institute as sap abap trainer faculty.
- i was here for feb.16 to march 16 (Last week),
- as per discussion with this director he agrees to pay me 12000/- per head.

I paid half of the fees in 1st installment but taught nothing in 1 and 1/2 months when asked about refund he said its not in our rule. So I requested that I will pay the remaining fees after completion of course or atleast after I get confidence that he will complete my course on time.
