I had ordered wood mosaic from this website worth rupees 3799/- on 27 dec 2021 but haven’t received the product yet... The company website is not showing on internet and there instagram page is also disappeared... i have mailed them several times but didn’t received any reply... Now they have changed the name of website it’s (Uni decor) ...please help!...

Have paid 2499 and ordered clock on May 15 and product still not delivered. They don’t have a contact number and no replies to emails...

I have ordered a wall clock of rupees 1999/- from their website
I had received email saying thank you for order but for last 6 months I didn’t get any message regarding delivery of the product. When I tried to write a mail I received an automatic replay saying kindly contact on +[protected] this no. But I cannot call on that no. Only WhatsApp. Whenever i am asking abt the product delivery m not getting any response. They have blocked...

Ordered good last year october 2020
but not able to get delivery till today
while contacting them they give excuse of lock down

its been almost a year now

what shall i do now pls help...
