I ordered 12 kg dog food but they only delivered 6kg

12 kg ordered on 30th Sep, 2023, 9180/- paid online, no updates, tracking disabled, no delivery and no refund initiated.

We ordered Royan Canin almost a month back worth 2600. So far product is not delivered and there is no refund. Company is nonresponsive on all channels. WhatsApp, phone email.. Order id 10843

I have ordered pedigree puppy, order no:11006 on 31st august, till now the order is in confirmed state, they are not reverting to mails,
On31st august, i got a mail that shipment tracking number will be shared in 48hrs, today is 14th september, no tracking number recived yet, and also they are not reverting back.

Ordered dog food from thepetcare on 4th of august, but still not received any order yet, there is no communication, their given number on the website also not working, no reply from mail as well.

Order was placed on 24th June. Today is 16th July I haven't received the product.

I placed two orders worth Rs. 4010.40 on 26th June. Did not get any product and when I asked for a refund they were very rude and threatened me. They have no customer care number.only a whatsapp number which they only reply to throw derogatory words. They do not reply to any emails. Their facebook page is full of such complaints. Never ever trust them.

I have ordered for this dog food from this website but they have taken my payment of Rs 7093 and not given the product as yet Please take legal action against this website as more and more people are getting looted

This ### is a big fraud. People who are paying online with heavy discount & never checking for Cash on delivery option (he's not giving COD option) are clueless that they will never receive the product and it's a scam. he is running YouTube ads to lure more unsuspecting victims. This ### making crores each month and it seems police have married their daughters to this guy that explain why he's not behind bars for life after so many complains and FIRs.
sad part is he's going to scam new victims each day in broad daylight tomorrow again and then the day after. there's no stopping.

any please share his address/family details if you have. it's time to take law into our own hands because victims are on our own. Gov/Police are pathetic useless

I have ordered food for my dog with some treats and toys on 10th june’23. Being the third day I haven’t received any delivery info nor any response from mail or WhatsApp. Tried on Insta too. Later I realized they have scammed me like many others.

This company is a huge scam front, organized by some group that also runs chocotown. please do not order from these sites

I am Lakshmi Vivek, i ordered pet food ; I Ams 8 kg from thepetcare and paid 2880 online which shows as ICICI Bank on April 25th 2023. They are a Hyderabad based company as they claim.
I received a order number which remaind in active till 1 May 2023 . Hence i decided to contact the WhatsApp number given by them as when i tried to call on it the number did not connect.
To distract me, they sent a order number by Delivery and cancelled it themselves the very same day.
When i confronted them with this information, i was told that the product has been booked with a different delivery agent, despite me repeatedly asking them to refund my money.
When i checked online i found a few other buyers who have written that they were cheated by the seller in the same fashion.
When i sent amsg on WhatsApp that they seem fraudulent as correct information was not being given to me, i was messaged back to mind my language.
I mailed them again yesterday too no avail.
I may not get either my product or the money.
We had sent local indls to this loc and fwg points have come to light:-
1. The shop has been closed 8 months back from this location.

2. Land was sold to someone else and new constr has started.

3. Neighbours has told that Many times Police has also visited the same place enquiring about the pet shop.

4. Present whereabouts of the shop owner not known to neighbours also.

I placed an order # 9323 for pet food on https://www.thepetcare.in/ website on 24th April’2023 but I never received my delivery. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I never received a response. It's clear that thepetcare is a fraudulent company that takes people's money without providing any goods or services in return. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this website to stay away and find a more trustworthy source for their pet care needs.

I ordered Royal canin dog food from the pet care last year in August 2022 but never received it. When I tried contacting them through email, WhatsApp and Instagram too they did not respond at all. Finally when I called them out on Instagram they blackmailed me to remove the story and only then they will deliver. I didn’t do it because they were extremely rude. There’s probably no hope of getting my money of Rs. 5000 back but the owner Biswaprakash Biswal is running a fraud company. Beware and don’t order from here don’t fall for their low prices!

I received one confirmation email and one payment acknowledgement from petzoo tech
On repeated pursuing about tracking details, they even sent a fake tracking link.
The number on website is not in service but it has an active whatsapp account.

They don't pick whatsapp calls
Instead they reply in WhatsApp chat using few words.

I have been cheated of not only the amount of INR 1467, but also I suffered enormous tension and trouble as my sick dog needed the food for kidney health so urgently.
On checking back here I discovered the fake company has cheated many others.
I have saved all evidence that I have
Kindly help me with my money refund which they have denied.
Also, please take necessary actions to prevent this house from sending fake ads thru apps and gmails to trap other consumers.
I'm also suspicious they are channeling such looted money for wrong cause, maybe, anti national activity.

Hi i ordered an item from.the petcare. ME-O TUNA ADULT DRY FOOD 20KG Worth 3600. The payment went through, i recieved a mail confirming my order. Its been 14 days. They refused to.pick up whatsapp call, r3fused to reply to inquiry over email and whatsapp. That is the only way they can be contacted. The number cannot even be called. Only through whatsapp. I want my money back if possible. And their page taken down.

I have ordered Royal canin golden retriever puppy food (12 kg ) on 15th of March 2023 . I had paid 7544 through paytm . The transaction was successful. I immediately got a mail from petcare that the order has been received and i will be getting the tracking id very soon . After After repeated wats app msgs from my side they shared a fake tracking id, as the product was never dispatched . So reading the reviews i filed a complaint and blocked the transaction through bank . As soon as my bank was into action this guy asks me to take back the complaint and promised to deliver, I thought of giving a chance and took back my chargeback though by that time the money was already in petcare account. Post that this guy has been bullying me and no has stopped responding. I have all the evidences over wats app chat and mail . I dont know for how long i have to fight the case to get my money back, but for sure i am going to take the best possible legal action against him apart from filing a cyber fraud complaint. Those who have faced the similar situation with this company i request every one to spread it as much as they can over social media, so that other petlovers dont fall into trap like us . Lets highlight this matter inorder to get this website banned and the owner must be behind bars .

I was ordered food of 15kg two bags, arround 16560/- payment also done through online on 18 Feb 2023. But still food products not yet delivered. And my phone number was blocked by company. Not responding to mail also.

Fraud website... They accepted the order and post that no update on the delivery and no response in watsapp and email. Order vet pro dog food with order Id #9210 and paid 3900.

I ordered pet food drools vet pro for my dog and paid 3900 rupees. Now they are not responding in watsapp and no response to emai my order I'd is #9210. Please look into this and eliminate these fraudulent websites.

The proprietor Biswa prakash is a scammer and has a history of scamming and defrauding innocent CUSTOMERs who love their pets..this ### has no love for pets and is finding a way out to ear and scam money by looting the innocents

ThePetCare- [protected]@thepetcare.in is a fraud company. ThePetCare is a fake company, that cheats the people. They will never send your products and will loot your money. I ordered dog food on 22 March 2023, with order no #8954, and paid the cost in advance, but to date, there is no response from their side. I will be going to get Police Complaint logged against this company. Do not fall prey to them.

I had ordered dog food on 17 march 2023 from thepetcare.in online and had paid online via upi, till now it has been 15 days i havent recieved the product nor any tracking details, and no refund despite asking again and again from whtsapp customer care support. This company doesnt give reply on insta and facebook, and not even bothers to reply on whtsapp, we are not able to call them as the number is unreachable.

Order no#8805, i ordered drolls vet pro puppy food from their site as its the only recommended food my puppy can eat and this is very difficult to find in offline stores and online too. I found it on their site and ordered, thinking all my worries are now gone and i have a place to order food for my dog. But no, i ordered on 10th March 2023, it is 23rd March 2023 and I have received no clue about the order. It has not even been shipped or given to the courier company to post! I need my money back now, do not need the dog food as it might be expired or bad as this company is fraud.

I placed an order on 11th March and have not received the order till 23rd March. They have not even dispatched the product from their hub in Hyderabad. They do not even hand over the product to the courier company. Worst company, just know how to fool customers as they know the people in need will have to order pet food in emergency, and then theu will charge but never deliver!!! Fraud company

I had placed on orderd 18 March 2023 on their website "https.thepetcare.in". my order was rayal canin maxi puppy dry dog food 15 kg and order number #8901.

I paid Rs. 9300. Through online. However no tracking or delivery of the order. When it contacted them over email, website chat, WhatsApp there was no response. Please solve the my problem
