I had placed on orderd 18 March 2023 on their website '' https.thepetcare.in''. my order was rayal canin maxi puppy dry dog food 15 kg and order number #8901.
I paid Rs. 9300. Through online. However no tracking or delivery of the order. When i contacted them over email, website chat, WhatsApp there was no response. Please solve the my problem

I had placed an order on 7 march 2023 on their website "https://www.thepetcare.in". My order was "Pedigree Adult Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Vegetables, 20kg Pack "and order number was #8753.
First of all I was charged Rs 3184.12. I received an email from "[protected]@thepetcare.in" informing about my order. However no tracking or delivery of the order. When i contacted them over Email, Website chat, Whatsapp there was no response.

I read the complaints here and mailed them to provide me the refund & received an derogatory reply which is very unprofessional.

I request for a full refund and also I want to inform that this a fake business don't order from this website they are all frauds.

I have made 2 order from this online store, one for 7735 and and another for amount 2730. They have not yet delivered it nor they are answering calls.

I placed an order online on thepetcare.in for Royal Canin Puppy Food German Shepherd 12KG on October 28th, 2022 and made a payment of ₹7505 for which I got a confirmation email and order ID #6885. And after couple of days I was given a tracking number for the order but the product was never handed over by the seller to the delivery company. On November 10th the seller cancelled the pick-up and my order. Upon contacting, the seller said I would get my refund in 2 days. Its been over 2 months now and seller has been ignoring the messages, call and emails

I ordered dog food around 14 days ago and paid online for it. They sent me an order number right away but I still haven’t received any tracking details or further details about my order. Please help me get my money back or atleast punish the company for doing such wrongful things to us.

Aug 26th i placed order followed up on 1st numerous time no accountability from vendor side . I send a post on fb page the petcare and immediately email comes in very hostile aggressive threats if the post is not down they will nt send my product. I dint want to do business with such people who can't talk to customers properly instead he said I'm not worthy to be his customer .
They don't have a legit company email [protected]@gmail.com is what they use
I was suppose to get refund in 7busines day it's over a month still zero accountability on their end . So much ego and brag about their company when something as simple as customer service is not something they can provide. Insulting abusing customers.
5 diff times they send me revert after every 10-20 emails i send. 7989.50 i paid and still waiting for a refund. Funny part is they don't think they did anything wrong till now. They feel the money is their to keep.

I have ordered vet pro obesity 12 kg dog food on[protected]. I have made payment through HDFC credit cards for Rs.3610. ORDER NUMBER #6516. But they have not dispatched the order. when calling their customer care number (+91-[protected]) given in their website is not in use. They are not respond to the whatapp messages and not pick up the whatsapp call also. To the worst, they will never respond to the email ([protected]@thepetcare.in). They are not send dog food or not refund my amount 3610.

I need assistance to get the refund back for the order I have made through the website of the petcare company https://www.thepetcare.in/ but it seems to us now to be scammed one which is right now taking advantage to misguide the indian people and looting their hard earned money. I have been struggling for last one week to find the way to contact thepetcare customer service to know the status of my order but all the information is fake and not working at all.

google search indexes shows this as top pet service vendors.

I would like to get my refund for amount around 3362/- which i paid through Mobikwik app.

I have ordered Royal Canin 15kg maxi puppy dog food on 27 July 2022. I have made payment through sbi credit cards for Rs.8633. ORDER NUMBER #5929. But even after 7 days they have not despatched the order. when calling their customer care number given in their website [protected] is not in use. They will respond to the whatapp messages after 2 or 3 days. they will not pick up the whatsapp call also. To the worst, they will never respond to the email [protected]@thepetcare.in. After few days they started threatening that they further delay the order if I call or message in whatsapp. So i asked them to cancel the order. subsequently they sent the email stating that the order has been cancelled on 02 August 2022 and refunded. but they have not refunded it till today 02 September 2022. They are not at all sending the refund reference number also. not responding to whatsapp and email messages asking for refund. it is run by fraudster. Looting lakhs of money from the innocent customers just by opening a website. Never ever order for pet foods from their website. Your money will be siphoned off.

On July 15th 2022 I ordered a shampoo 'Allermyl' from the site 'thepetcare.in' for Rs.570. I got an email confirming the order. Order no was #5788.

I kept checking the next few days for the tracking info. As it was not shipped till the 21st I contacted them via email and was not replied to. When tried the contact number, the call was not attended. And the same WhatsApp number responded that they have limited logistic partner and would be sending it through speed post.

On 25th and 26th I contacted the WhatsApp number again with no reply. On 27th when I tried calling they responded by text that I would be refunded by 8 pm. On 28th I called again they responded by text that within one hour the refund would be issued. I did not get the refund till now.

I have not expected this from this site as I have bought dog food and other items multiple times, all prepaid, and got delivered on time.

Hello. I ordered 2 packets of cat litter sand from The Pet Care over a month ago on April 22, order number #4900. They have not shipped nor have they replied to any of my emails and calls. The only time they replied was when I asked when the product will be shipped. They said they will ship it soon and even after a week of that, they hadn't shipped and tracking showed they didn't even hand over the shipment to Shiprocket.

After a month, i asked for refund twice and they asked me to send my gpay id or number, and i did. They still haven't sent the refund to me. I have emailed them twice after this and got no response. The status of the order on the website says "Fulfilled", even when it is not.

I saw online in their reviews section that many other customers also suffered the same as i did with their orders and that they would not communicate. Pet Care also threatened some of these customers through calls.

I would please like a refund for this order.
