I made a mistake of not reading reviews before ordering on this website for the very first time. Cheated of Rs.6000.

- Product never dispatched

- no one responds on Whatsapp messages or calls

- phone number shows invalid if you try to call

Bottom line - this is a site set up only to scam people. Do not fall for their prices which seem attractive. It is meant to lure people into paying for their products which would never be dispatched.

P.S. I can share screenshots of the entire chat conversations as evidence, if required

This website should be flagged by cyber crime department for Cyber Fraud, harassment as well. When people start asking questions they call from random numbers and abuse them so they don't ask for a refund it was working well for them during lockdown but now people have become more vigilant it doesn't work anymore The owner names are Biswaprakash Biswal and Bhanu Singh file maximum F.I.R against them for IPC 420, 503 and put them behind bars....

This is a fake company the guy has scammed 1000s of ppl of lakhs of rupees..police is not taking action against this website owner biswaprakash biswal despite 100s of ppl complaining on cyber crime division..i hope justice is served to 1000s of customers who are defrauded and this scammer goes to jail

I had ordered dog food on 17march 2023 from thepetcare.in and had paid money online, till now it has been 15 days, i have not recieved my product and and have not been refunded my money and the customer care on whtsapp is abusing me when i asked to refund my money and blocked me from whtsapp

Please don't buy from this website I've been scammed in sep 22 I'm feeling very bad for the people who are still getting scammed by this frauds. Can anyone kindly help me how to file a case against these fraudsters who have no fear of law and they're happily living by scamming innocent customers

Order no#8908, I have ordered Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management from their site on 18th March for order value Rs 8, 280 for my pet & received order confirmation after placing the order.

Until now there has been no tracking # received or update on shipment received. Contact number on their portal is not valid anymore, WhatsApp messages no one responds.

I guess they are not in business anymore but they are accepting online orders with no fulfillment till date.

I had placed an order on 9 march 2023, my order was vetpro dog food 12kg and order number was 8777. First of all I was charged rs 3680 but the order summary was showing that I paid rs 3600, secondly the website acts so legit that they will reply to us on whatsapp and email but no reply has yet been given to my email or my whatsapp message.
I request for a full refund and also I want to inform that this a fake business don't order from this website they are all frauds.

We had purchased dog food worth INR 7, 000 from this online merchant, who just vanished after order confirmation. When reached out on Whatsapp, they blocked our number, thus ceasing any mode of communication. Upon online research, we found that this is a big time online fraud, who have been persistently cheating on pet parents with Google search ads & a bait of heavy discounts on expensive dog food.

I have ordered Farmin N&D 5 kg cat food o 07/11/22]. I have made payment through SBI credit cards for Rs.3990. ORDER NUMBER #7014. But they have not dispatched the order. when calling their customer care number (+91-[protected]) given in their website is not in use. They are not respond to the whatapp messages and not pick up the whatsapp call also. To the worst, they will never respond to the [protected]@thepetcare.in). They are not send cat food or not refund my amount. this is a fraudulent site and so many complaints are against this firm, they are looting money from ordinary people. if the victims are filing a police complaint they will refund/ supply the items otherwise they will not. Had placed order for Purina supercoat 20kg adult dog food for inr 3800. Post placing the order checked the tracking page to find that it wasn't working. Also the telephone no's don't connect. It's a fraudulent site

After payment I googled for reviews and then I realised that I might have fallen for scam. Its been 48hours since my order. I will update as soon as I Get updates.

Their calling number is unavailable, They reply on Whatsapp but take very long to reply. replies are very unprofessional and unclear.

I placed an order on 31st of August, I didn't get any order confirmation or shipping confirmation. Their phone number listed is invalid. I sent them multiple messages on Instagram after that they shared tracking details, for one whole week the package was with the couriers and when I called the couriers they said, the merchant cancelled the order without even notifying me. This is 11 days after placing the order and waiting for it.
I have sent them multiple messages and emails for refund, they have not shared any details yet. They have just taken my money INR 8410 and stopped responding.

They sent me abusive messages on whatsapp and blocked me.
