I had joined Time Institute lawrence road Amritsar branch for IELTS in evening batch in Jan2015. I paid Rs 6800/- for the complete course (Spoken+ IELTS). But after 45 days of spoken they have not given me IELTS coaching... they told me IELTS money will be refund after 40 days as per TIME institute refund police, because they are unable to create evening batch for IELTS ...after two month stilI .they are not confirming me my refund...I have...

TIME is just fleecing out money from students and when it comes to refunding the money it is not done even after deducting fake administrative charges.
I had enrolled at TIME centre for MBA course and not confirmed any batch or program. I had deposited Rs 2000for enrolling. When next week i decided my course to be test series, i was told that i had been enrolled for a weekend course and it cannot be downgraded.. Upon asking for refunds...
