It's a big fraud company I have communicated to 10+ victims of their fraud, like how they don't take calls once the claim is made or don't give docs once insurance is purchased.
Most of the good review is fake they have a PR team.
Now we have filed a case in the consumer forum.

Times global is a fake company. My phone is not working. they are still not responding after 2 weeks also. They are fake.

Hello Team, I hv planned to purchase used Laptop insurance for Macbook & made d initial payment of Rs. 6910. However I have changed my mind of buying d insurance later so immed I called the support center requesting 2 cancel my insurance & refund d amount. Support team has sent reply " We wish you to inform that, as per your request, we have taken refund request made by you towards 1 year premium amount i.e. Rs.6910/- paid online. Refund will take 7-10 working. But still I hv nt rec'd d refund. Inspite of multiple calls to support team but there is very arrogant response and denial of refund

I have bought a insurance policy for my laptop 9 month later. few days before my laptop screen isn't working it seems to be damage i guess so I filed a claim against it and sent a email for the same and let them know about the situation. so it's being more than 2 weeks neither they are picking my calls and not responding to my mails too. I sent almost 15 mails to them and called more than 40 times. but they are not even informing me about it.
I paid 16, 610 for my macbook pro insurance.

I was searching for an insurance company online and found TIMES global Assurance (Team-Times Global Assurance https://www.mymobileinsurance.com) there on 16th June 2022 so I Choose that company for insurance of my I-phone 12 Pro ( IMEI - [protected] ). I have submitted all information online and then they directly connected me with payment page and for that I have paid Rs. 11, 610/- (Transection ID - [protected]) ( Pay U ID[protected] and After taking payment they started asking more things to submit like videos of my phone and they did not started my insurance. I had word with someone named (Swati) (Ph No : [protected]) from there company who took me in this trap and said that they only want back picture of my cell phone box and after taking that payment screenshot she also started asking for more things and then she started disconnecting my calls and I got email from them where a false name is written Ashish Pathak which is not my name and they are saying that if I wont share more details then they will not start my insurance for claim and even after I make the payment they send me a mail saying that amount is non-refundable or non Transferable .I want to make complaint against them because they are not replying on my mail and they are not answering my calls even the helpline numbers are switched off and after taking money from me they are sending me additional terms and conditions.
They took my savings, They send me a mail with someone else's name written on it, They have showed some false conditions after taking money from me. This is a complete fraud. I want my money back because i m not going to give any more things to them. As they have not started my insurance yet.
Its a humble request please help me to get my money back from this fraud company.

My name is Akshat Sharma. I bought insurance of iPad pro 2020 from the TIMES Global Assurance from there website https://www.mymobileinsurance.com but after some research found the company to be fake and exploiting user agreement.

I do not have confidence over the policy and asked for refund but the company claimed 24 hours contact number is not responding to my calls. Contact details provided:

Desirable resolution of my complain is the refund of the entire policy amount of Rs.6750/- paid on 14 Feb 2021 at 9:10 PM.

I opted for Iphone 11 mobile insurance plan that costed 7910. I have not yet received any updated from them regarding this and the number provided in their website(Ph: +[protected] Hours)) is either not being answered or doesnt accept any incoming calls.Kindly do the needful.

I had bought an iphone xr on 10th october 2019 and applied for an insurance for it with times global assurance paying an amount of 12310 ₹ for a 3 yr plan on 20th october 2019. Although i did receive a mail regarding approval of the policy it i did not get any policy documents as the mail said i will within 17-20 days. It has been more than 3 months, now being 6 january 2020. They are not even replying to the mails i wrote requesting for either the policy documents or refund of my money. I feel as though i have fallen prey to online frauds.

I m surjeet. I insured my samsung galaxy s8 plus one year ago. Last month my screen and back glass broke of my smartphone. I contacted to company and promised me to send it back in 5-7 days. They picked on 26 december 2018 and returned back on 4 th january. I was told by pickup executive that l will get my mobile in 5 to 7 working days. On the basis of that trust i gave my expansive mobile to them. Sir instead of 7 days i received in 10 days. I suffered lot of mental trauma during those 3 days. I request you to pls tell them to provide me compensation either another mobile of same model or rs.1 lakh minimum. Will share my bank details to the company else i will take legal action against company fo wasting my precious 3 days. I suffered a lot of work loss during those days..
