Whenever a person pays money for somthing, he must receive bill mentioning the products & services. TLC is silent on the income giving part also.

I dont agree. The company is very good one and having more than 30 lakh people as coordinators.

1)The biggest problem in TLC INSURANCE - WORST ADMINISTRATION, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MORE THAN 20 POLICY BONDS TILL THE DAY.
2) They are not responsible for service matters like sending bonds, replace bonds..
3) They are many times forgeing the customer signature (like benefit illustration, giving less sum assured)
4) They are collecting the BLANK PROPOSAL FORM from the customer
5) They are alloting their wish as a PRODUCT - earlier they are alloting for 10K CUG in the place of 12500 UGPG & 25K CUG altered with the 25K CENTURY PLUS..they are alloted their own...without CUSTOMER PERMISSION & LETTER..IN THIS CASE ALSO THEY ARE SIGNED WITH BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER.
6) They are created no of companies..like TLC INSURANCE INDIA PVT LTD, TEAM LIFE CARE INDIA PVT LTD, TEAM LIFE CO. INDIA LTD & G7 SYSTEMS & MANY MORE
7) TLC giving regular commission on the name of TLC INSURANCE INDIA PVT LTD,

when customers paying the policy amount in the name of BAJAJ, whats to do with TLC?

We filed an FIR against the TLC Insurance (India) Pvt., Ltd., regarding their illegal activities in Salem from where they initially promoted their business. The TOPUP subject, TDS remittance and other incentive stoppage are the main focus. The Central Crime Branch, Salem City has registered a criminal case in Cr.No.28/2007 on 17.11.2007. Now the investigation is pending due to legal formalities. Let me inform or support to gather TOPUP swindling from the co-ordinators accounts for stringent legal action against them. TOPUP is an amount invested in the insurance policies in addition to the regular premium amount which is available in some unit linked products. Under the guise of TOPUP, the TLC swallowed more than 4, 00, 000/- (4 Lakhs) from my client by name D.Singaram who is the first car achiever and director achiever in their company. Anybody wants to get more details about TLC fraud and their illegal misappropriation of funds from the accounts of co-ordinators, pls send me a mail with documents to activate the clutches of law more effectively and efficiently.

I intend to file a Public Interest Litigation against the TLC, Team Life Care, Bajaj Allianz, IRDA, Income Tax Department, Finance and Corporate Affairs, Police Department to cull out TOPUP, benovalent, royalty, service charges, renewal adjustment fraud amounting to more than Rs.100 Crores from the accounts of the innocent co-ordinators for legal recover with interest or proper investment in the insurance policies or compenstion for the lapsed policy. I have read all the compliants pro and against TLC. I would like to say onething after 2002 all insurance companies have started promoting insurance product through different channel like through agent, banks, corporate agents, channelpartners, etc. Tlc and amway people thought if we share the commision with ourpolicy holders we can get more no of policies and our business will grow. TLC and AMWAY implemented the strategy successfully with Bajajallianz and Maxnewyork respectively.Tlc is a channel partner of bajai allianz the their coordinators are collecting DD in favour of Bajajallianz not in favour of TLC where comes the cheating arises if you refer some persons you are going to get some incentives otherwise you won"t. The insurance policy is going to be issued and serviced by BA, in no way the policytakers are affected. if a multinational company AMWAY promotes the policy in same way no one questions, But an indian company TLC adopts the same strategy we all will question because we never recognise our own acheivement

They never care about the our public... Following list of incident took place in TLC

1).. First the company business plan is binary system in direct selling concept, And the system is banned in india 5 years ago.
2)... When the company agent meet me " he claimed TLC is no.2 mlm company in india"... TLC is not a member even in Direct selling Association india refer (www.idsa.co.in)
3)...As per the IRDA norms TLC is the corporate agent of Bajaj Allianz.. Bajaj allianz should provide 20-25% of commision on every policy to the tlc and tlc want to distribute the exact commision to their agents... But tlc wont give that to any body...
4)... The company started in the year 2001 in salem. After cheating of many people in and around salem TLC shift their HO to karnataka, ..
5)... The company may not provide any sort of income to their agents after certain stage... For eg:- (if the company plan and policy is good) Assume if the person join in this company by 2004 or 2005 what is the present stage of that person how many cheques they get from that...
6)... As per IRDA norms corporate agents should provide training to their agents to sell the insurance products but TLC wont do that
7)... Claim over lakh and lakh of policy through only TLC not even directly to the Bajaj allianz
8)... The binary concept is rip-off by the government---- Refer Outlook money dated 24 september 2008

Some body saying TLC cheating the people because o[censored]LIP policies. Those policies are for every company is same. If we invest the ULIP in LIC the return will be based on the market rate. Now IRDA regulated the ULIP policy guidelines. Who are saying the TLC is cheating the people, those persons
are not correct. For a common man who are not getting growth an agent in 23 Insurance Companies

I've recently started this business and I think this is completely risk free.

The policy servicing and other admin problems are common in any business. One needs to get through the right channels to sort out this issues.

Moreover, Srinivas Adepu's case might be one off and not a regular affair from TLC.

As for the points mentioned by Srinivas, I think these points are there with any organization to safe guard against the mal elements.

Out of 45 lacs+ coordinators only few complaining...hahaha...I think it is a joke.

Take it easy srinivas...throw off your EGO and meet the management to sort our your problems.
