I was misinformed about product plan and item of purchase, with a delay of 90 days the product came to me, half the items were breaking and the course did not fully finish, i was asked to go for a rescan and now i am being told tht i have to pay more to finish the course tht i started

Seeing the type of hype they create with the advertisement we decided to avail their Service, there were multiple call every second to ensure that we don't escape their trap, only till such time that they took the entire amount 51000 in advance assuring that the treatment will start.then things started dwindling and my daughter for whom I had booked their service Nayantara had to move out for her studies.
Since we are not availing the service we asked for refund thro the call centre every time they gave a ticket number and no further help.
My ticket I'd id00312780.till date I have not got any response from them regarding refunding my money.Its just falling on deaf ears and they are just irresponsible and more into looting customer's.A detail investigation on this company has to be done.
And primarily I want my money back since they have not provided any service.
