Traffic Police on Mumbai-Pune Expressway Complaints & Reviews

While driving on expressway you cannot look at speed limit indicator to check speed radar. Even i took lot of precaution you tend to cross 100 sometimes by few kms eg. 105 kms/hr. I got fined for the same and dont think i should be penalised for this....

Express Highway starting it shows the speed limit of 100 for car. we driver have to focus on the road and front cars. we cannot focus on your small boards. suddenly you change the limit to 50. this is unfair to charge penalty for me for just speed of 77. what's the use of express Highway then? please reverse my penalty mh47AG2555....

Ideally toll should not be collected during these hours...

We are choosing to pay higher tolll at express Highway than national highway so as to reach early & save time, but there are speed limit sign boards of 50 kmph all over the express Highway.

If this is a temporary adjustment due to construction, then why don't they reduce the toll rates. And if it's permanent limit, then what's the use of having express Highway?...

I was traveling on Mumbai Pune expressway on 12th June 2017.

To my amazement, I saw countless heavy vehicles (that includes buses, trucks, containers etc) using the fast lane designated to the lighter vehicles.

Countless lives have been lost due to the same reason. Also I had heard that the traffic department had banned the use of the fast lane for heavy vehicles.. was it a hogwash?!
