We have raised complain on 10/11/2020 complain number is [protected] as per customer care call will be attended with in 48Hrs today is 14/11/2020 still nobody as visited and check the printer nor called and asked the details too...very bad service from TVSE....

Printing is not coming clearly

I am having Tvs Printer model MSP 245 Champion plus with seriel no IAY3MD003927. in this regard i have already complained on dt 20/12/2010 vide complain no 83001700 and they attented it on dt 22/12/2010 vide their service report no 845682 .in this they has mentioned the status Pending for Spare and it is more than 20 days still they are not giving proper answer....
