I visited UP cottage industries and bought two leather jacket. 1 jacket I took directly with me while other was supposed to be customised. The person ( nitesh) was insisting to get both jacket delivered but I took 1 jacket with me.
I was told that it will be delivered in 10 days. Now it's been more than 1 month. Whenever I call them either they don't take calls or tell it will delivered within a week.
At last after 25 days,...

I bought a Ta Mahal which was told to be made of Pure Marble was broken in one month only.
The piece which they show a their showroom was different and the piece which they deliver is different.
They have used wax type material to build Taj Mahal show piece and after 1 month it started breaking down into smaller pieces.
I paid Rs. 2500 for it which was in 5 yrs warranty. I tried calling multiple time to multiple number...
