I have one epson l350 printer which is not under guaranty period. power is not coming to the printer always. i put the call to your UNIPOWER SERVICES, 86, Raja Basanta Roy Rd, Kolkata - 700029. They sent the...

1) not sending the mechanic. 2) not picking up the phone
Printer is defective. Power is not coming always. It is coming after pressing the key for 4 to five minutes. Reported on 17/06/2017 but yet the problem is not yet settled.
