Sir,
I applied for my EPF transfer claim from previous employer to present employer through online on[protected]. It is confirmed that the present Employer already approved the application but while checking through online it is showing "Pending by Previous Employer" . hence I request you to do needful at the earliest. The claimed form is being attached for your ready reference....

I hereby inform you that I am Arup Ratan das .emp no-wb/13773/6852.i submit my P.F withdrawal From on dated 07.05.2011 of my office (unit Construction Company Pvt Ltd, New allipur ,p-40, Block -B ,Calcutta-700053) but now i can not received my amount till date.
So, i request to you, please take action about this matter .
