I am receiving calls on my landline MTNL NO[protected] from a local No [protected] times in a day for the last 3-4 weeks asking to speak to a person Mr Balwant Singh. When it is told that no one by this name is available on this No, the caller turns abusive and call us liar. i have been using this landline No for the last 10 years and do not know or have come acroos a person with the name of Mr balwant Singh. MTNL is refusing to help me in this connection.

I shall be thankful if you could suggest a way to get rid of this problem which is giving me a headache unnecessarily.

Give a police complaint.

Ask your mobile service provider to block that number or there must be a option in your mobile to block the number. Use it.

An anonymous caller from mobile number [protected] gives missed calls at nights. I ignored him for few days but the caller keeps calling. When I send any message or call back, I receive no response. Please take very strict and stringent action against him / her. He / She should be exposed and presecuted in public.

I have been getting calls from some Insurance selling firm (last number [protected]) offering bonus for my already discontinued insurance policy. They pretend to be from IRDA complaints department and offering unreasonable amount as bonus. According to them, I need to invest some amount to clear the minimum requirement for availing this bonus.

The frequency of the calls has increased from once in a month to 10 calls in last week, all from different persons. So I believe it is an insurance broker company. The tone has changed from polite to irritating and short to prolonged now. Please let me know what I can do to avoid this harassment.

I am resident of 749, Mukherji Nagarr, new delhi -110009. i would like to bring to your notice the commercial usage of residential property in house no.749 . In our same building at mezzanine room on First Floor, they are using their mezzanine room as a boutique.they use a lot of electricity by which our electricity bill raise day by day, which i feel is unsafe.
