Refund needed
I opted for data analytics course and i have paid 1k through gpay and 15500 through walnut 369 due to my personal reason I'm unable to attend the classes so i need refund I mailed the customer care o[censored]PGRAD but my problem is not solved... There are many cheaters in working in upgrad and they are brain washing us collecting money...

Upgard made me join the Msc program with IIT Bangalore and IU Germany, But cheated me of admission to IU germany because of which i had to myself apply to other German universities and pay extra 6 to 7 lakhs more.

My course was going fine until a credit card fraud happened with me and I'm in a debt of 50000 as I have to bear the charges as per bank norms. I requested cancellation of the course but I was suggested that it cannot be cancelled loan cannot get cancelled as mentioned in the offer letter. I can get a new batch start but that too is chargeable as per thier norms. What kind of thing is this as I cannot pay even my emi amount and they are asking...

Refund application
I enrolled for a course in upgrad for Rs 25000. which they said they will start on Jan 31st, it got started on feb 15th. then i appiled for refund, my sale agent o[censored]pgrad convienced me not to go for refund. then after started of course, i got cheated again, she said i will have pre recorded videos and proper schedule (hours per course) but in reality it is only saturday and sunday live classes. then i asked for refund again. then vinet their agent promised me he will refund 15000 but not 25000. i said ok i will adjust with 15000. now again they say i wont get any refund. as i applied after starting of course. but starting date of course in feb 15th . please help me in getting my 25000 back .

Refund-EMBA
I joined EMBA program from upgrad and later during on boarding found out that most of lesson will be conducted by upgrad and not from foreign university, its complete miscommunication from Upgrad . Also I lost my job later so decided to request refund before start of my course, Now its 2 months and I still wait for refund . Upgrad knowingly delaying process of refund and make people suffer.

Course discontinue
I have enrolled in digital marketing course in March 2022. The course had provided me valuable insights and adds volumes to my career progression. However, I am currently unable to find enough time to complete the lectures and assessments due to some personal issue. This coupled with the long work hours and the pressure of meeting deadlines at work is not helping either. Given the circumstances. I have requested the team to defer my course for a year, following which I would be able to continue this course and complete it. This would require exempting me from payment for the period in which I will not be attending the course. And i don't want to pay my further EMIs I dont want to continue with this program any soon. Therefore kindly relieve me from this loan or EMIs and the course from upgrad.

I have been looking for an EMBA program for over 10 months both within and outside the country. I saw an ad for Upgrad abroad learning program and decided to explore it. First, I sent a request for a callback on their website for further inquiry, but the call never came. I then filled out the form again and applied for one of their programs. I received a call, after I provided my name, and location, the person transferred the call to his supervisor and I had no idea I was speaking to a different person. I do not know why my call was transferred, I am just guessing he couldn't understand my question.
A few days before I explored their website, I applied for a new job and was waiting for an offer letter, since I got the offer, I decided to drop the plan. I sent a thank you note to the supervisor for his assistance and the reason why I decided not to proceed, he replied, "I'm unable to fathom how do learners plan to move abroad overnight and then drop the plan altogether in a jiffy". There was no need for him to form an opinion about me and my decision whatsoever, he does not know me! Anyway, I wish the company the best, but they should really upskill their employees on how to handle a potential client. No more UPGRAD for me.

I bought a course at upgrad and I was promised that my doubts would be resolved instantly but due to my doubts all the modules are pending. I have been raising too many concerns at the student support but of no use. They only say that the concerned team will reach me out in 24 hrs but still my querry is not resolved. I asked for course change and even there I am getting no help. I am very unsatisfied with the services at upgrad. Hence I want to cancel the loan so that I can utilize my money for something better.

I registered to data science course last year. During the time for admission, they were constantly saying, we can dropout any time from the course.
I also confirmed that because of some reviews i read before.
But I opted and continued the course till this month, when i lost the current job due to family and some health issues .
This made me go through extreme financial crisis. I asked them to stop my subscription but they simply rejected my plea to do that.

I registered for DBA course on Upgrad after paying the amount I asked the academic counsellor for refund as I had my personal issues and financial constraints and came to know there is a scam in the course they are doing . As they told refund is impossible. I had to continue. Now again financial constraints have come up i asked to close my loan. They were not willing to do so and said i have to make the whole payment. Regarding refund
If they already knew that my percentage was low, they took my admission and took the money. After one month my admission was cancelled without informing me and my fees and counselling fees have not been refunded yet. One more year wasted by this company.

Refund Course fee
I have taken the master course from Upgrad learning platforms. It consists of two courses. One course is certification and contains the master course. I have paid 4.5 lakh rupees in loan emi.
While doing certification course, i realised that quality and content of the course is not satisfactory. So, I went to Upgrad team after a month a request them to move me in certification course and cancel and refund the remaining fee for master course. Initial the told me they will going yo help me but in the end the come upto me that we have no refund policy and me can't change the course because we already registered students in Master course with other university.
At that time I set back and ho through the course but after completing of certification course we need to start with master course but i haven't received any update from Upgrad. So, I contact them but they told me I'm not able to qualify master course. So, I told if i am not quality then u should refund my fee for next course but they told that it already mentioned in the conditions that if you not pass certification course you can't go ahead with master course. So, I told them why they haven't informed me when i am taking this course. They started showing the documents.
So, I ask them atleast provide second chance to give the exam. But they directly say no we don't have such policy. So, what about my money i have paid for the course in which i can't even quality.
I asked them why u taken fee before the student quality first course but they didn't answer it. Just showing there no refund policy agreement and end the call.

To all, RAISE YOUR VOICE for us to get justice don’t suffer. I’m sure there are millions like me. Upgrad(Abhishek Sharma sales person) will rush you to block the seat by making 25k payment inspite of telling him 4 times that I don’t have sufficient funds, then they again create same rush for 2, 50, 000 they push you stating an urgent requirement to do an online process of aadhar verification and say we are helping you and give you loan in the form of voucher and you’re gone afterwards. Fales assurance on financial assistance, Fake promises.

Even worst happened with me fake promise and they are refunding my money. when joining the I said I do not have sufficient money than they said that they will give me 40k discount as part of referral. they made written promise on email that amount will be credited in your account by apr 22. I have contacted them in 15may 22. after that they are making fake promises within 7 days you will get money. Now in mid july only mental harassment. Now they have started ignoring me. Upgrad agent and full team o[censored]pgrad are cheater they cheated me by providing fake admission letter.. even they don’t send admission letter on mail instead they send offer letter on whatsapp so post that they can delete entire your records. They cheated me by providing fake admission letter, I want a justice and 100 times compensation

False promises
I was told that it will be only be online classes everyday and all the tools will be provided for me to practice. Now they're saying like it only has pre-recording videos where we should learn from our own. Its all fake promises given by team until you pay your fees.

I had enrolled for a course from upGrad which commenced on December 31st, I attended one lecture but right after that I had some family support which I had to do due to which I was t able to continue the course but the upGrad is saying they can’t cancel the course at all, there should had been some penalty amount or something in place if the candidate is not able to pay the loan amount and because of this I have been struggling with zest and upGrad as I’m getting calls from them and I’m under as situation where I can’t pay the loan nor I can attend the classes due to family and health issues, need a solution for this.

The payment was huge for an online based course. But many of the critical sessions were done during EST friendly timezone. They gave all pitch to have the sessions slotted during EST friendly timezone... Only recordings were shared after 2 days.
They make the students pay the fees and dont provide them with proper coaching and they fail, they need to pay again a fee to re-enroll and the full year course fee is a waste, if you wish to drop out.

I have been following up for deferral since January 2022 .
I have been affected by Carona last year September (when it was identified). I am not even getting my student buddy details for guidance for my Thesis from past 3 months. Every time I hear new rules from Upgrad but nothing will be on paper.
I don't know which college tells even hospitalized with caron one have to attend and complete course even offices wont do that .
Upgrad is just an Money extortion factory ..

Ridiculous behaviour of Upgrad's agents
I have never called "Upgrad" for my visa consultancy. They got my number from somewhere else. Even after being in a conversation, I never called them because they force a lot to their students to go with the university, they have tie-ups. That was actually very annoying.
But the story starts when one of their agents called me for the first time and start abusing me as I rejected their offer to get the admission in "Clark university".
+91 [protected] This was the number and the name of caller was -either Naahin Wazir or Nihaal.
Upgrad should start hiring the fish market workers instead of these ridiculous agents. They must have better sense to communicate than this (Naahin Wazir or Nihaal) guy.

Not given Defferral course

I have deferred the course due to the work pressure. Its been more than a year. They are not providing the deferral course. I have spoke to them several times. But still I don't see it is going to work. After a year they are asking for letter from manger for having the work pressure.
I see this institution simply making money without any value for the course. I strongly recommend that this is utter bogus educational institution. It should not be granted any further license to train the people.
No study material is given so far. Every thing is in their website. which will be not accessible after 3 years. The course costs 2.75 lakhs. Is it justifiable?

Not cancelling my course and loan application

I enrolled myself with upgrad for Digital Marketing course which had started on 6 Feb 2022 But due to some financial issues I wont be able to continue with my course. I requested them to cancel my course and loan application but they told me I can't cancel loan application .My Course started on 6 Feb and I cancelled it on 17 Feb 2022, not attended a MICA lecture .Inspite of keeping my Block amount Rs15000 they are not ready to cancel my course and loan application from Early salary. Request you to help me out. They don't understand my situation from where I will pay my loan amount in this covid period . Please help me out.
