Upgrade is big scam the counsellor told me that you will learn from expertise and they will teach you from groot after I enrolled it was whole different no expertise is there no complaints and doubts they took seriously my money my time totally got wasted. I need my refund please help me with this.

I have enquired through upgrad in mba course. Due to insufficient documents my batch not started but they have started my emi. I didnot get any offer letter or mail from university yet and also the given upgarde maked offer letter is wrong so i did not accept the offer letter. due to this reason I request them to cancel my registration. But they are not cancelling and telling me they have paid the fees to college. My documents not complete and my admission not confirm from college. But they are denying to cancel the course and refund my money. Kindly help me.

Even yet i did not agree or sign to proceed my course but they have telling me to your course is already started. Kindly help me

Sir I take addmission for certification course for ai and ml and pay 4000 left amount I will pay emi, but due to my ineligibilty my loan process is rejected.so that why I want to close the course but from upgrade team no one helping me for that forcing me to take admission and arrange the fees but I unable to do that.and two day goes I join the course such as response that not attending phone call if any situation where student facing what type of these institute and before taking addmission they doesn't tell the process if loan is rejected I have pay or there rules.so sir it humble request to help me to close this course and if it possible to get my processing fees also

Don't, even login to UpGrade website to see even circulum. I[censored] visit they will call you and wash your mind to take admissions in any of course which is available. They try to followup you and convenience to take course. Be aware of this.
