I have purchased a water geyser for my use on 29/08/2007 from Air Force Canteen 26ED Air Force, Bangalore. In Feb 2009 the water tank in it developed crack and flooded my room leading to damage of several items kept on floor. Several days after lodging the complaint, Company Technician came and took the unit for repair. As per their instruction the tank was changed at my cost (the cost of tank was more than half of the cost of entire unit)...

We had a malfunction of the equipment and called their customer service numbers[protected] and[protected], upon contacting the first number we had a complaint token number of 127 dated 11-Feb-2009 saying that the service agent would visit our place.
