Dishonest cheap management. They have this account of PwC, where they are recruiting for various roles such dot net, sap, oracle, java..etc. These people are not honest with client and deceive them with the promises of providing a fixed number of resources within a timeframe buy cant fulfill even 10% due to budget constraints, then why quote so high..initially..stupidity. Staffing model is completely outdated. No proper management of resources. Once out of project. High chance of getting laid off. Bench strength is only 1 month.

Ust global hired 100 people and partnered with jspiders & qspiders bangalore for training, after completion of 3 months full stack training, we 100 people done final assessment, in the team everyone is good at technical skills, since starting date till now its been six months, no proper response from jspiders, and ust global, if we send a mail to ust reply will be "we are still in the process of onboarding the candidates in a phased manner. Please continue practicing what you have learned while waiting for our com" the same with jspiders "you know very well about ust" they both are playing with lifes of hundreds of graduates, please do action

I was hired and fired because of my religion. I was recruited and was made to sit idle for 11 months with no kt or work... Only after 11 months they setup the workspace... Within two months they forced me to setup the workspace to a fresher (Christian).. I setup every thing in her machine... Once i did they planned with hr to fire me... The christian from my fresher batch were given proper kt within one month of their onboarding to the project... During team lunch they never used to report it was a team lunch, only after i had lunch they would say to me that it was a team lunch... Whereas the christians would know about everything and they all would laugh at me after the lunch

Worst, anti employee company. Worst politics. They recruited some street dogs some years ago as managers and have destroyed the good culture the company had years ago.
New hr team sucks! Lots of people are leaving due to their mismanagement!
No work life balance!
Only talks about values and culture. No salary hike!
The managers encourage master-slave relationship and even clients are encouraged to do so with subordinates.
Employees are mere instruments for the management to make profit,
In order to prevent career growth of employes they brought out the ace framework in 2012! This resulted in many employees leaving the company!
You can get fired if you are hospitalized and force to take sick leaves!!!

Worst leadership practices. I never seen this kind of worst company and leadership in this world. This company done lots of financial frauds also. Government also not taking any action against them.

Ust global business people are not good. They are playing with employees life and future. They are asking money for each and every career promotion.

Hari Chandrasekaran and Anup Dhanuka won the Project recently in MP in the Public Sector, Both made 2 -3 crore's kick back in this Deal. Now pro metrics along with Neerav and a Gentleman called Alexander Varghese are involved as well. Both Hari and Anup were asked to leave from TCS for Mal practices. The UST GLOBAL should wash out these people. THE GOVT are watching them too....

Both Made 2 - 3 Cores kick back in this deal. Now Prometrics along with Neerav and a Gentleman Alexander Varghese are involved as well. Both Hari and Anup were terminated (Asked to leave) TCS for their Malpractices. The UST _ Global should wash out these people as well. The Govt are watching them...

Alexander Varghese -- UST Global is the only person responsible for the campus recruitment vertical. Just bring to notice o[censored]ST management that we are consultant based out of North India and been trying to invite UST global to our campus but as per Mr Alexander they can visit any college only through Co -Cubes . What's more shocking is the manipulation going on in name of Campus . He asked us to give some premium colleges who can pay for the drive in advance and asked us to route those colleges through Co - Cubes.. Please take some strict action against him and all his unethical practices !!!

It has been 13 months that I have been recruited by UST global. Even after mailing them several times for a tentative joining date, the reply that we get is about a "ranking mechanism" and most of the times we don't even get a reply. So please look into this matter as this is about a career Fir different students who are recruited in this company.

I have transferred an amount of Rs 17000 from my SBI account [protected] to the beneficiary Syndicate bank account 201/20184 on 7th Sep 2009.
The transaction number is SBINH[protected].
The amount has not been credited into the beneficiary account nor returned back to my account till date.

When I contacted my branch they informed that the status of the transaction is ‘DELIVERED AT RBI’.
Please let me know the status of the transfer and do the needful ASAP.

Am a 2008 batch student and have got placed in UST GLOBAL. I mailed the company regarding the joining date but there is no reply at all. But the company has mailed to join SUTHERLAND for 1 year. Is that means that it will not give the call for 1 year. Already One year has gone when this april comes. If the company still post pones the date what will be the fate of the students? That too in this hard scenario of IT, Its too tough to get a job in some other companies after the fresher tag gets expired. Any UST GLOBAL's employees pls give a proper response to this complaint reg what actually is the move of the company.

I am vinoth working in a software company. As a part for salary procedure they created a salary account for me at State Bank of India at Trivandrum-Technopark branch on December 5th. My account was created along with our batch mates of 120 people. Everybody gets the ATM cards within 10 days but for me not yet received till now.
I enquired about this many time the manager but there is no response for a long time...
