Not received Mobile Phone of MI 3S Prime after complaint of 15 days

Complaint regarding MI 3S Prime is that I have received a mobile phone on 12.8.2016 I complaint on Flip kart 15.8.2016 is that mobile phone is automatically reboot so, it will be replace or refund. after lodged a complaint the customer care assured again and again that mobile phone is on way for replacement. but on 25.8.2016 till date not received mobile phone whether, the mobile phone have reached to the courier company name kart, courier boy name Bittoo at Dilshad Garden last two days 24.8.2016 and 25.8.2016 have passed but still mobile phone is not received after confirmation of call. the courier co. is making foolish

Rude Behaviour

My Saving A/c in BOM, Thakurdwar Br. A/c No.[protected] bank deducted Minimum Balalnce charges Rs.137/- without any prior intimation. I talked with Br. Manager & employees about that but he has not agree reverse charges. We request you to reverse my charges.
We feel that very rude and hilarious behavior given by Bank of Maharashtra, Thakurdwar Branch employees to the customer.
He will not answering respectfully to the customer. He has not give prior intimation to customers for in changes in services charges directly deducted charges in account also not proper response for customer queries.

Complaint marked as Resolved I Sunita Birodkar Customer of BOM, Thakurdwar Br. My Saving A/c No.60218346128 the bank deducted Minimum Balalnce charges Rs.137/- for the month of March, 2016 on 31/03/2016 without any prior intimation.I don't know the when changes made in services charges. I talked with Br. Manager & her employees about that but he has not agree reverse charges. We request you to help for reverse my charges.
Further, We feel that very rude and hilarious behavior given by Bank of Maharashtra, Thakurdwar Branch employees to the customer.

Kindly take a proper action against the above Branch immediately.

Street Dogs
Dear Concern Officer,
I would like to bring your kind notice the issue of Street Dogs in Kamothe Sector 21.
There are nearly 10-12 street dogs roaming in sector 21. These dogs have taken bite of few people in the area. Barking of these dogs at bikes and other vehicles makes it difficult to pass by the way. Also it is more harmful to children s.
We request you to kindly look into this matter and make necessary arrangement solve the issue.
