Dear Sir,
My nephew has taken admission into Vedantu classes for which Vedantu offered the course fees to be paid in no cost (no interest) EMIs. The councilor of Vedantu guided us to make the payment through ShopSe platform and select the 12 months EMI option and pay through any credit card. As he confirmed, I did the transaction from my SBI credit card however, it has not been converted to EMIs till date. I didn't have the ability to make the entire payment of INR 24000/- at once, I opted for EMIs but it seems I have been defrauded by the Vedantu by giving false commitments.

I have spoken and written to Vedantu, Shopse and SBI as well, however the problem has not been solved since last 70 days. Moreover, I my CIVIL is getting impacted due to non-payment, my credit card has been blocked and I am getting regular phone calls from SBI recovery team.

Kindly help me in getting the payment converted to EMIs or getting the refund from Vedantu.

Vedantu hired JustBurstOut to develop website content for more than 6000 pages. We delivered content in January 2022 itself. All the content developed by our more than 100 writers is live on their websites, yet this shameless company has not paid us. They kept open making excuses for more than a month and eventually sent a legal notice to threaten this. This is a fraud company with corrupted employees. Their employees ask for commissions from all the vendors. If you don't pay commission, they will delay your payment or not pay at all.
They are spending millions on IPL ads but don't want to pay their vendors.
Stay away from this fraud company

They have put my kid's classes on hold because o[censored]navailability of a device. Despite several requests they don't even update me on a tentative date.
