Once the cash transfer is done, they turn into the most rude people. yelling at you, not giving any update. Asking for more money. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME and PEACE .. First of all they are not even registered company. They project themselves as the leaders in detective field — all a lie. The truth is that the owner of this company - akriti khatri is not even an educated lady. There is no management in the company. The company push all its customers to pay the amount in akriti khatri personal account with axis bank.

Had been a customer to this company and brutally cheated by them. We contact detective companies because we are in distress and we want resolution to our problems, but getting indulged with a company like venus detective agency might increase your problems manifolds. I was already going through a lot of domestic problems and at one point of time i was so much harassed by this company that i though of committing suicide but somehow my friends and family came to rescue. Anyways, i dont to project my agony any further that was caused to me due to this company. But for the general awareness of the public, i would like to highlight certain points:

1) this company is run by a so called female entrepreneur who got media publicity not because she was capable enough to handle cases but only that she is a female and working as a detective which a a hot story for media houses. So, media publicity is just a gimmick.
2) even if you anyhow decide to ahead with them, then do not pay them in advance. Always pay after the job gets successfully completed and ensure to make a bank account transfer and procure a tax invoice in lieu of payments made to them. I have researched and come to know that these buggers are not even paying taxes to government authorities.
3) record all their conversations on mobile to have an evidence against them. Never speak to them on whats app calls.
4) dont make your possitive veiw about them based on their 5 star ratings. All these ratings have been posted by their own team.
5) check the reputation of this company through any recognised/ bigger company. You will get the real picture about them.
6) they claim to have a detective institute and many employees on the payrolls of the company. Check their payroll register. How can they run a detective institute without even being trained themselves.
7) they claim to have worked for many corporates, ask them to show their form 26as to prove that thay have actually worked for these corporates.
8) just check the educational qualification of the owner of this company and you would realise the truth. Their is no professional management in this company.
9) personally visit their office and see the set up that they have. Always take a written proposal from them with clear commitments before proceeding ahead with any work.
10) do not get carried away just because they charge you a lower fee than their industry standards. Charging a low fee is just to lure the customers to fall into their trap and later get blackmailed.
11) even if you have made a wrong choice by hiring this company and you are getting blackmailed by them... Don't get perturbed and don't get scared. Approach the local police and take them into confidence. They will surely deal with your problem secretly. Alternatively, you may file a case in consumer forum also.

It is not bad to hire a detective company as many of them are doing a good job and sincerely working towards their clients, but do hire any one after doing a proper due diligence of the company. Remember the safety tips and avoid getting cheated. You would always go to a good doctor in a medical emergency and a good advocate in legal issue, similarly do good research and go to a good detective company for a investigative requirement.

I have contacted this company a few days back on their toll-free no. But the kind o[censored]nprofessional and insensitive attitude that they had shown actually inspired to do more research about this company. With the kind of attitude that they had shown, i could easily get a feeling that they were ready to promise moon s and stars for money. Their main aim was to extract money through me, any how, even if that by making false unrealistic commitments.
When i further researched about this company, i realized that this company has got numerous customer grievance s spread across on internet. I further contacted some members of "association of private detectives and investigators" which is registered and most respected all india association of private detectives and investigators (Apdi).in fact, the association has not even granted membership to this company due to its dubious and fraudulent behaviour.
If any of their customers has any grievance against them, they can contact apdi (https://www.apdi.in/) in person and file a written complaint against this company which will be kept confidential by them and the customer will be provided full support without revealing his details. This association through its members will also ensure that no harm or blackmailing is done by this company to the affected party. All complaints against this company will be forwarded to the ssp/commissioner of police of the respective area in person and the customer will also be guided for filling a case against this company with the consumer forum.
If you are reading this review and already affected by the fraud committed by this company, please don't feel scared of being blackmailed and contact with the association in person.

I wanted to do investigate on my family matter. So i contacted this venus detective agency in bangalore. Initially they talked very politely and assured my need. So i paid 35k to them. Later no one is responding my calls and msgs. This is very bad. Please dont go for this detective agency. My kind advice. Thank you!
