Hello Sir, My name is Satheesh Kumar. I bought a Venus 3Ltr instant water heater. It went fine till May 2013. Later, water heater started leaking hence I logged a complaint (CL59545) about water heater leakage. Servicemen visited two three times to my home without proper equipment. Today(17/02/2010) I have bought a 6 litre VENUS WATER HEATER (pink colour)from Rathna Fan House(Pvt) Ltd., vide their Invoice No:86347 for Rs.
4470/-., in which the Instruction Manual says that it is containing remote
control facility and when enquired, the above shop salesperson said that
