Had purchased a VIP zapper 4 wheel Hard trolley bag from Lulu hyper market, Al Barsha and they had given 5 years warranty . During 4th time of international travel, the hard body cracked on several places . Such a poor quality and unreliable luggage for any travel . When I contacted the dealer the customer care mentioned that warranty does not cover the body . I don’t understand and if f that is the case whoever buying this is doing this...

I had bought a VIP suitcase from CSD chandigarh on 7May2011 when I packed it on 28May and tried to lift it ,the side handle for pulling it broke.After talking to the dealer ,he agreed to change the piece in the CSD.There were 4 pieces of the same model and all of them had some defect. I now am fully convinced that VIP sends defected stuff to the canteens.Its a shame that a company of such repute is fleecing the people and not living up to...
