I was the HR of the organisation.This organisation was registered with Virtual Xcellence in Noida but it has to change name to Virtual Xcellence Innovations from 1st April, 2014 as there were many pending cases of theft and cheat on them. You can have lifetime hope of getting your pending salary as soon as you leave the company or get fired because you will get to hear that "We are short of funds at the moment and we will release your payment as soon as we get funds". Abhishek Varshney (Owner) - He will let you dream of high salary, good business etc. He talks sweetly but he is the mastermind of theft and cheat. Anshita Varshney (Sister) - She has been taken from Accenture from a PL/SQL job recently. She thinks that she is an expert of the technology.She is presented as project manager. But She is just a beauty WITHOUT brain. She doesn't know the even T of the technology. She is short tempered and useless but she is the only glamor of the organisation.I got to know that she has affair with the employees. Deepak Sharma (Friend) - He is the best of them but I don't know why he is still with them. Probably he is not capable enough to earn without them. He has become like them. Abhishek Singh (Guru) - He is the most illiterate. He doesn't know how to talk. He thinks that he is very cool when he plays songs in office on speaker when everyone is working. He is very annoying and everybody gets irritated by him.

1. No one gets the salary on time. 2. Everyone gets a surprise on the day of joining when the person receives the job offer letter which states that there is a variable component in your salary which generally varies from 10 to 20 % of your salary which you are never gonna get in your lifetime. 3. No one is paid the last month salary while leaving or getting fired from organisation. 4. No one works here for more than a year.Either he is forced to leave or get fired. 5. Everyone has to work on all Saturdays. 6. No one gets paid leaves 7. Most of the employees has to work late night many a times even sometimes whole night. 8. The company is out of funds and might be dissolved any day. 9. The company doesn't have senior employees in any technology. 10. Don't get surprised if you get a call on Sunday or late night.You might be asked to come to office or to start working at your home. 11. The AC doesn't work in nights and there is no fan and ventilation in the office. 12. There is no space to take your lunch. 13. The systems are pretty old and stuck most of the times. 14. The earlier good reviews are by themselves only. 15. The management staff is very rude to their employees.
