I'am very disapoint because the company does not make update For vivo v5s...

I purchase vivio v5s dec month... That time my phone subjected issue and coustomer care note but no further work,... Theymobile phone formate and upadte do... Only not proper solution...
And after more complint they change handset... Vivov5s other coustmer phone given me but same issu... I mently distrub b coz. My busuness depends on phone so pleas help me sir;...

My vivo v5s automatically switches from silent/vibration to general mode.. And its difficult for me to sit in class worrying about it.. I have to check constantly... Please solve this issue as soon as possible.. And i just bought it in june 2017... Please do take a look at this issue and hopefully i can get the solution... Thank you. And i also want to know the reason why.. I hope this is clear enough...
