Worst security management (Guards represents TRIG group)
Basically the security guards at Safdarjung Hospital are just there to yell and collect monthly salary. On Saturday, April 6, 2024, in room number 211 of the old building.
There was a pathetic security guard service. There was no management, nothing, they were doing as per their wish, many patients had also accused a guard of taking Rs 200 in the name of early entry for blood test. If we think about the worst that can happen, it is management. There were 2 male guards to manage the queue of patients but one of them was not seen on the spot till 10:50 am and one of the guards was doing a pathetic job, being a patient parent I had to face hell not because of the people but because of the management, if the security had done their duty honestly then my patients would have definitely given their blood sample. Later when the second guard came to the spot only to ask the person at the counter to take his *slip*, I asked him why he was not managing the crowd whatever was happening, he said clearly in front of the crowd * That it's not his job, he doesn't care, you manage by yourself * and if anyone *dare* complain against him about it and if there is a problem with guard duty no one is going to listen to us. Should I appreciate their bravery because it is given by the guard supervisor, they do what they like. They were there only for attendance and salary, not for duty.
Being a girl, no one can understand what I felt when I was pushed into the middle of the crowd due to the most pathetic, horrible security management. The crowd was pushing and shoving, anyone could have suffered a heart attack by getting squeezed among them..
I would like to explain the entire scenario in detail but I think there is no use because if only 8 complaints have been resolved till now then only God can save the patients..

Battering and rude behaviour of security staff.
I came to safdarjung hospital for the treatment of my maternal grand. At 10:30PM I was in the ward at 5th floor (Neurosurgery department) of the Emergency building. A unknown guard came and started talking with me very rudely and poorely. When I opposed him and asked him that why he was talking me like that. He suddenly started battering. He forced me out of gate and abused very badly with me. Sir you can see the CCTV footage also for the same in order to clarify.
