I recently ported my mobile number from VI to JIo .
I was post paid customer for VI .

Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Signal Problem

Signal strength low. Not getting speeds as promised. Below 150kbps. I guess this should be of government not being transperent to show signal strengths. We all rely on open source software....

I was asked to pay deposit fees of Rs. 5000 to activate IR, which I did, and the receipt payment is with me, I was informed the IR will be activated in 45mins time. I reached UAE and the IR service is still not acitvated, I contacted customer service but till date no service is activated....
