Need to refund

I paid 11500.00 to your company with 1 year subscribes plan on 18-Dec-2017.
i got payment only for 8 days against i did my task.
But now the web site was closed for next 2 months.. And as per news this is totally a chit fund..
Now I don't have any more trust on this company.
So, kindly refund my all amount...I will be thankful to all..

I am paid Rs57500 to your company with 1yr subscribes plan on 23dec16.
But till now I am only recd Rs4.5k against some day work.. Means clicking
But now the web site was closed for next 2months.. And as per news this is totally a chit fund..
Now I don't have any more trust on this company.

Web-works.in made payment using axis bank net banking, amount successfully deducated but web-work.in not activate my id and also not responding.

i have made a online transaction on web-work.in using my axis net banking to purchase web-works.in digital package INR 11, 500.00
payment successfully deducted from my account, but my id not activated and also contacted several times to web-works.in, but didn;t get any response.
I have contacted with my bank and they said transaction was successfully made, below is the reply from axis bank.
Dear Mr. Sahoo,
Thank you for writing to us.
I understand that you seek clarity regarding the transaction processed on 16/12/2016 .
A check on our record indicates that the said transaction is successful from our end with the Payment Reference Number(PRN)
INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS. PRN: [protected]
Request you to use the PRN and co-ordinate with the merchant. Also, If the biller did not received the transaction amount, kindly provide us the reference mail, which you had interacted with the biller, where they disowned for the receipt of the payment, so that we will take up with our payment team and revert to you accordingly. Please note without the letter we are unable to refund the same.
