Me., started working in wifinitive corporation.. The work slot for me was to fill 1200 forms in 12 days... Per page they will pay.. 25 rupees.. And in last they ll take 4500 as their registation/maintenance fees... If we don't complete the work in time... We should also repay the company their fees.. Which is written in their agreement... I could not complete the work in time. So they told me to pay the penalty... 4500 penalty + 810 gst + 1500 money to withdraw case = 6810 rupees total... I repayed them.. The payment proof is below.. Pls do check... And again i got work from the company... Started working in it.. And submitted before the given date. It went for the qc report... The report result is "you are failed" now i should pay 4500 + 810 gst = 5310... If i don't pay legal action will be taken they informed me... Before submitting my work to the company... I again and again rechecked my forms.. And sent to another qc department for checking... I got more than 95 % accuracy report... And then i submitted the work to the wifinitive corporation... But they say me ur accuracy (Correct forms) is less than 91 %.. They are lying.. I think they change correct forms into wrong to loot money from us.. They never pay money of correct forms too... Time + internet data usage + health is wasted... This company is fake fake fake. Please i request all the people not to do this work as they are looting money of innocent people... Government should take legal action against wifinitive corporation

I am rajendra kumar from kichha. I complete the all work of wifinative corporation with in time period is 12 days.
But when i asked then ans. Me your qc report is fail. It's mean that it is a fake company it's not provide any payment and given the task whom any person not easily understand and quoma and fullstop is not clear define. So plz save your time and not take a any task this fraud company.

Please provide detalis back ground of wifinitive corporation in order to confirm is it a genuine company or complete scam! If it is a fraud company then provide lists of people they have cheated & exploited. But if it is a very genuine paying company i will more appreciate. It is in surat also year of establishment of company if possible no of times they changed company name and the different names.

Complaint marked as Resolved Sorry not yet solved i have only disclosed the issue.I am scarching for solution.I need suggestion, shall i discontinue my work & not pay their registration charges.

This legal id is itself fake and this company is run by four poor chaps of Gujrat who don't have any skills to earn money so they send out fake legal notices to innocent college boys and girls to harass them and earn what ever they can to earn their living. I donate 1 rupees everyday to these people so that they don't die due to hunger and especially in the winter season. No need to pay them any amount other then 1 rupees. I have paid them enough to eat bread for the entire year 2017. If you need any help then you can contact me at rishi.[protected]@gmail.com

This is to inform you that we at Wifinity, have done nothing illegal, You had accepted the work by sending your ID proof in the form of Email. We had showed you the work as demo also. We have done the verification of the agreement by sending the OTP on your registered mobile number which was inserted by your side.
Again we had done your call verification by our Call Verification department which had explained you all the terms and condition and the same is recorded with us if you want we can send you that also
As per the terms of the contract the work had been given as on credit and you need to pay the amount to the company as per the term and conditions which has been accepted in Agreement as well as call verification.
1) Your email conversion which you have done having you ID proof
2) Agreement OTP Acceptance which show your mobile number and your location at the time of Acceptance agreement
3) Agreement Copy
4) Call verification copy
5) Legal Notice Copy
to any department you want. Kindly donot post such kinds of complaints online because this will land up more legal issues for you for defamation also.
Kindly understand the same as hire a lawyer to reply on the notice or deposit companies dues.
