I have been fined for not wearing helmet at the time of driving. But these are are putting me behind the bars and not letting me go. There's seniors are more # and disgusting in this manner. They all want to take money from us. We have fined for not wearing helmet and been asked to be present on 1st of november for the fine in the court and still they are not releasing us.

Hi,

Md of primer consultancy and investigation (Mr sanjay arora) a branch of premier shield' is sent dirty whatsapp messages to their lady employee and girls related to that incident removed. I am also removed and my pending salary he is not giving. I sent many reminders to them. He behaved badly with me and some other girls. No one wants to talk regarding this and he threatened all employees not to take any call of me. I m now helpless.
He appointed incapable hr just for his protection and forced me by unethical means to teach her.in ask to leave case he should have to pay my salary immediately but not paid now behind me he claiming that all the work i done is not good. Pls someone can help in this regard.. I just want justice. They themselves booked all bogus sales and expenses. I detected at that time and at the time of balance sheet bogus expenses and provisions they shown in their balance sheets. Even salary was booked doubled.

There is a PG name jay p homes in Noida sector 126 Raipur Khadar, sector 126. they had taken from me 3 month rent in advance without any agreement 45000/- without telling us that we cannot get back our rent. and during my staying in pg they provide very bad food and services and I wanted to leave the pg they started threatened me they won't pay back my security money. the owner had appointed two manager and they are very rude and torture saying slang words. atlast when we came to know that we all had our internship in may and june and when we told to return back atleast one month fees he refused. My dad is worried about me and had earn this money with lot of struggle and had paid they the huge amount but now they did all this to us. His Manager Name is Sushant Rajput and his accountant Name is Mitul Sharma.
I just pray to God to some how make me out of this pg. The owner have 8 illegal Pgs running without any commercial licence and take fees in cash to hide from income tax. And despite of paying fees we are in prison. Moreover he never give us proper receipt nor make any agreement. Everybody just don't say but they are really devil in todays world. what can we do nothing as we are student. Hope someday someone will teach them a lesson as I had lost my money to those people and now I will leave this pg without getting my advance rent for one month back.
The owner always stays in disguise and don't make him show in the pg Why it is that student have to suffer for such PGs .

Pimpri pune –411018.Without any reason. On 21 sep. 2004 company’s doctor found me fit and given me medical fitness certificate for joining of regular duty. On 30 march 2005 my i card was forcibly removed from me by mr. Desai / mr. Kulkarni asst. To a.K.Ghose. Agm hr of tata motors ltd. Pimpri, pune - 411018.This matter was reported to mohan nagar police chow key chinch wad pune –19 .But police took no action inspite of informing to the police commissioner, pune - 411001.And on contray false case of cheque rs 18687 one month notice pay overwriting was filed against me due to which i lost my job of m/s weikfield, bakorigaon, wagholi, pune . Acquited without any charge in feb.2012.This is clear to live normal life in pune is crime .

Sir my name is Kanhaiya singh living in jamshedpur, please help me out of this false show(Kiasmat aj aur kal)which comes on Zee news at midnight, i got cheated twice and asked for huge amount of rupees 5000/-and i also deposited an amount of total rs 3600/- in two parts i.e intially 2500/- on 27/1/2015 and 1100/- on 20/3/2015 approx, through deposited in account name(JAI MAA KALYANI JYOTISH SANSTHAN)bearing account number([protected])in BANK OF INDIA Situated in SEVOKE ROAD IFSC code BKID0004291, for incomplete puja and later I missed that panditji whose name was(PANDIT SWAMINATH SHASTRI)and i talked to him in this numbers[protected], [protected], [protected], but mobile number doesn't get connet only i able to talk in incoming calls, so sir its a heartly request near you to please arrange to make me refund

of Life Insurance of India Policy No.[protected]




Sir,
With due respect stated to be the fact that I (Sushila) had got a policy done through LIC
Agent Ramji Tiwari, Code No. 00045114. At that time he had told us that according to
Table Terms 128-90, I am authorised to deposit the advance premium having reduced ten per
cent and after completion of four years when the money back amount will be provided to you
it can also be deposited in insurance account. Accordingly, I got deposit several policies having
reduced the ten per cent on each policy premium which receips are still available with me.
After the completion of four years with the first insurance amount received by me was also get
deposit in my insurnace account and was ensured. But when the second time, after the
completion of four years, I received the insurnace amount, which I was again interested to get
deposit in my account, he declined to do so and did not deposit my amount for which I
repeatedly asked him, but he turned a deaf year and I continued to deposit the premium on
regular basis. And like the same I got deposit a cheque of PNB No. 628484 dated 23/3/2009
through my agent. But my agent did not give its receipt. When I asked for this, he told me that
by mistake on part of LIC your cheque has been deposited in the name of Mukesh Sharma
Policy no.[protected]. So you should stop the payment from your bank account and issue
another cheque.


Believing on agent I did so. I issued another cheque which no. carrieout PNB cheque no.
449300 dated 28/3/2009 and was passed by bank on date 13/4/2009. I did everything what
my agent told me to do so. And in this way I completed my all formalities. In the mean time I
received a letter from LIC of India on 11/4/2009 that your first cheque has been dishonoured
and for this Rs. 125 were curtailed from my LIC and Rs. 40 were curtailed from my Bank
Account for the same cheque.


Despite this my agent did not deposit my premium. I repeatedly asked him for this, but he
evaded on the assurance that do not worry I will get it deposit. Ultimately, I sent my son Mr.
Mukesh with agent in LIC branch. There he met an Administrative Officer Mr. Narender
Bhasker and my son discussed in detail with him about my Policy. Mr. Bhasker told my son
that your last premium will be deposited in that case when you will get deposit the advance
concessional amount of Rs. 197.


Even after this my problem did not come to an end. My premium remained undeposit. I
repeatedly requested him having made frequent visit to office but they evaded for a prolong
period. In the mean time I also visited to Administrative Officer and he assured me
positively but happened nothing. My son requested to receive the cheque of advance
premium otherwise date will lapse, but he did noting and ultimately date was lapsed and
my premium remained undeposited. Unparliamentary languages were also used against
my son by an Officer.



For everything what happened with us, I hold LIC of India responsible. I want compensation
for the financial and mental loss suffered by us and responsible authority should be
punished as soon as possible.


I hope you will attend to my complaint at the earliest.
