I have brought a byju ias tablet program, I wasn't using it due to my academic course but when at last I opened it, then it asking pin validation for login, it been over 1 month, everyday I tried to contact them but they are just postponing the dates. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com, and registered contact no is [protected] with registered name mayank, I just want them to solve my issue.

I had purchased the course from BYJUS on 8th July the order number is SO-[protected] (Rs 89000) and my mail [protected]@gmail.com and contact number [protected] i didn't not attending the remaining course classes, I did not like the courses...so after taking the course next day I cancelled the course within the free trail period and contacted the company to cancel the course, but no satisfied response is coming... I have send so many mails and try to contact bjyus team no response and not at all lifting the calls so, the company should cancel the course and refund its full amount as soon as possible...it's has been 30 days no response

Pls confirm on my cancallation query request no 48500600 and pls arrange for my emis amount, and send mail to your accounts team, so that my cibil will not disturb, els my cibil will negative impact its may legal complicated further, so I am Requesting to take action immediately,
And further I am huble Requesting to send the courier address and contact no, so that I will return back study materials, I was not unbox the study material's,

I have taken a subscription of BYJUS for my daughter Evya Bajpai - LKG and at the time of introduction team BYJUS said we are giving 14 days trial pack and if you not satisfied then you can unsubscribe the package and amount will be refunded in 2-3 working days without any deduction. Now I am following up with Team BYJUS from last 14-15 days and they are not responding.

Today my wife has received a call from Mr. Saurabh from BYJUS and he has talked like a recovery agent and he said we will not be returning any money. This is not the way of working of professional companies like BYJUS.

Request you to please cancel my subscription and return my fund without any deduction.

Byju's company arranged online Zoom meeting on 27/05/2023, for their product Sales representative Aman Sarin[protected] taken a session and offered me to purchased this product with online class will be given by their team for demo period of one month and within a period our representative office team will given your review for confirmation and if your child not comfortable with this than we will refund your amount without any kind of deduction so i booked this product on same day by paying 60000/- Sixty thousand through credit card and according to this received product on 31/05/23. and online class started 02/06/23, But my child not comfortable with this product, and as per their information i wait for their representative call for confirmation but no one communicate with me whole month than I called multiple time to Mr. Aman Sarin, but he is not picked up my call on 28 th June, 1 July and also send whatsapp messages to him, but he was not given a single replied for cancellation this product, ( Here I attached Snap Shots of Call ) than after i called their online help center no [protected] on dated 01/07/2023, but no one responding. than i mailed online complain regarding this issue on 10/07/2023, and their replied received on 18/07/23 which i attached below ...
As per their replied they ready to send me Partial amount refunding around 39000/- Thirty Nine Thousand and compulsory taking one of the course which i don't need for my child, Pls do needful to refunded my full amount.

Byju's Company offered me on a Zoom Meeting demo version of their
product for class 6 & 7 online on 27th May 2023, according to them product will offered you for demo period and their representative confirmed within a month if your child satisfied otherwise whole amount of your booking will be refunded, As per their meeting, i booked product on same date and product will be received 31 May 2023 and online class was stared on 02/06/23, but it was not up to mark, and No confirmation followup by taken them, and I tried multiple time for returned this product online call and whats-app message to their representative (Aman Sarin) but he was not responding than after i mailed to their representative on 10/07/23, and now they refunded only partial amount,
The Product Amount : 60, 000/- Sixty Thousand which paid by Credit card
Refund Amount : 39034/- Thirty Nine Thousand thirty Four Only and
replied that you have take package of Std.5 compulsory..
Kindly Do needful to refund my whole amount .

I have taken subscription of BYJU’S but whatever they promised with me, they forget everything & not responding on calls, emails .
They r doing gud counselling later they broke their promises, this is a big scam so I requested to cancel my subscription so they cancelled & stopped all classes but my EMI amount is deducted every month so please stop all this

I am get the byjus package Jan 2022 and paying money 5000 cash total amount 43000 and converting the emi monthly 1750/per month it is very fraud and cheater of byjus they saying once and doing other thing they provide to one tab Lenovo they cost is in market 6 or 7 thousand and provide to books 2nd 3re 5th class books so after 10 days I am saying this books and my son's /(name is Varun tej, ) class is different they should not understand this product please cancel it but still date they byjus takers is not respond and my problem is not solved it financial department is saying this package time is over stil not cancel this product very harshly behaviour saying so please cancel my byjus package and refund my money early

After this, mailed many times and called many times but no satisfactory answer was received.

I have taken an MPPSC course from Byju's for my wife but due to some reason, I want to cancel this course. But cancellation status and return my amount not updated.

It is very wrost experience with Byjus the give false statement.

I want byju's to cancel my course and i want my refund back but they are delaying the process and has not initiated the cancellation proces yet. I am currently enrolled in IAS english course and I've informed them about the cancellation of my course due to some valid reasons within 15 days of starting of their classes according to their policy but still they are not giving me any positive response.

The company is not refunding my amount back plz provide my money back

I had enrolled for BYJU’S IAS coaching which is valid till 2026. The course includes live online classes which is valid till the year 2024. However, I have not been given any links of the classes and the application also does not display the time table and live classes links. I have tried to reach out to the customer care but in vain. I have not received a single call back till date even after me contacting them for multiple times. I’ve been paying the EMI for the course but there has been lack of service on their part. Hence I would like to complain about the same and would want them to pay for the damages after resolving the issue.

The counsellor, Mr. Gunasekaran, enrolled my son with Byju's Tution center on November 25, 2022. We didnt' want a long term tution option, considering this, he offered us monthly payment and can be discontinued any time, by writing the bank to stop the ECS.

The Byjus tution center accepted the fee monthly using auto deduction mode through directley from the account, Rs. 4722 is deducted automatically every month. Now, we want to quit the course as we are not satisfied with their performance and also, we were looking for offline classes. When we accessed the bank, in requesting to stop any further transaction for Byjus's, we were informed to write to the loan support as it is registered as loan.

This happened without our knowledge. We never signed any documents or informed that a loan is taken in my name. There were no communication in any format from HDFC or Byjus, informing us that a loan has been sanctioned in our name.
I hereby attach the communication details from Byju's on the day of registration.

We would like to complaint this as fradulent and misleaded to enroll the child in the tution center. There was no co-operation from them when we approach to quit the course.

A counselor (Praduman Kumar - Noida) visited our home at 8:30 pm to conduct an interview with our niece, but he provided incomplete information about Byju's program. He misled us regarding the scholarship details.

He obtained all our bank information and proceeded with the registration for the Byju's program. After completing the registration, he informed the parents that Byju's charges 45K for this program. However, the parents did not agree to purchase such a program. Despite their refusal, he forcefully deducted the money and registered them for the program.

He assured the parents that their refund would be processed within 14 days, claiming that his sales target would be met. However, the refund has not been issued to date. The parents have been contacting customer care on a daily basis, but the customer service representatives have been unhelpful and even threatened them, questioning their reason for purchasing the program.

I am not getting whatever i havebeen promised on the time of joining byjus.
my ctc was 4.75 4lpa fixed and 75 was variable and i worked hard for earning variables and byjus is not giving my due variables from 22th september to till now. when i ask to hr if i leave this company will byjus pay my variables with full and final settlement but i dont want to work here just because of toxic work culture and too long working hours. seniors have decided our time of coming but no fix time of going and i am not feeling well so i want to leave but due to heavy variable amout whatever i have earned with my hard work they are not paying me. please help me.
