I Soumitra Chatterjee father of Arna Chatterjee bought a course from Byjus for class 2 and 3 on 16/07/2023. The student is not willing to study with the course.That's why I did not receive the percel which Byjus send and returned it.So, I request to cancel the course, Emandate, EMI and refund my registration money in my bank account. I have mailed in [protected]@byjus.com many times.

So, please resolve my complain as soon as possible.

    I enrolled in the UPSC tablet program. However, since the commencement of the course on April 2023 I have not been provided with any of the essential textbooks or study guides that were promised as part of the course package. Several attempts have been made to inquire about the course books' status, but the byjus staff's responses have been vague and unhelpful. It's already been 4 months but the book has not been provided to me. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary course materials without any further delay.

        I booked your BYJU'S LearnStation Junior 10 inch Mobile Data Grey Tablet for my daughter by paying Rs.80000/- (Rs. Eighty thousand only) on 26.07.2023., but for some reason I want to cancel this order and want a refund of my money. I request you to cancel my order immediately.
        1. My order NO is SO-[protected] which is under process and not dispatched from your side till date so don't send it to me and refund immediately. your call center not responding.

          I have opted for Byju's product on May 2023 and due to some reasons, I raised a cancellation request on customer care within 15 days. On the telephone, they assured me time & again that their cancellation team contacted me soon and cancel the product & refund my money. After two months they told me that I have not informed them through email. Even they did not stop my EMI. Kindly help me.

            I have taken the admission of byju's tuition for my daughter, The man Ankit Sen have done all the process, and he confirmed us that you can check the services of byju's classes for next 15 days after receiving the study tab, after that u can also cancel the the admission within 15 days . and you will get refund all amounts of Rs 96000 .

            However we are requesting many times for cancellation and refund, but nobody is taking care, no person is confirming the status, no one calling and receiving the phone, They are harrasing mentally us, specially to my spouce and my daughter .

              They call me regularly in 2 to 3 days gap . I have strictly told them not to call and they said you have to clear your child name and i follow all the process they told me even after that they start calling again and again . But this time they take it vary far they call in at 9:40 pm i never received a call from any company after 8 pm . They are distributing my sleep routine as well as other .

                I had taken three years course from BYJUS in the if May, 2022. There sales person Mr. Milan Kathariya ([protected]) come at my home and explain about BYJUS. My daughter Kamya was in 1st std. in 2022-23 but he suggest to take LKG, 1st, 2nd three years course for Rs. 56000. I take it and paid from my credit card. He said we take follow up about study on weekly basis any problem come we will sort out. After one month, I realise that this couse is not suitable for my child and raise many times complain for to take back your material 1st year study materials as I not used it and refund my amount after deducting your expense incurred for transportation and as a depreciation but they said amount is not refundable after 15 days. I made call many times to Milan Kathariya but he didn't reply any calls. They said in 2023-24 your child will be 2nd std. so will change your courses and send 2nd std. course but till today no study materials I received for 2nd std. as two months completed for 2023-24 academic year. In last 5-6 no follow up from BYJUS. So want to cancel two years course and want refund my amount of it.

                  Hi,

                  I am writing this complaint to bright to attention problem i am facing with getting my incentive from byjus.

                  I have resigned from the company in February month and company did not paid me any incentive for my whole tenure in byjus which is more than six months.

                  Its because they have changed their policy on ' for an employee to be eligible for incentives, he or she should be employed with the company at the time of incentive disbursal'

                  Well this was not the clause when i worked so hard to make that incetive. I feel cheated and helpless at such a time when the situations are so difficult.
                  Please consider the exception and request you to release the incentive amount i qualify for i ask for nothing else

                      I have enrolled by byjus CLAT online programme.I have made request for
                      cancellation on 4.7.2023 and 5.7.2023 on [protected]@byjus.com and
                      grievance.[protected]@byjus or[protected] after which I was told by byjus
                      team that your 6000 has been approved and will be paid by refund team after
                      taking bank details but the bank details have not yet been taken from me
                      by the byjus team and my refund could not credited to my account till now.

                        I want my money back

                        I was in droppers batch for neet that started from 13th batch . I was told wrong things by my education counselor which was not there in my online class. I told my mentor that I don't want to continue and want my money back on Sunday and now it's Friday and there is no update . My mentor name is shivangi and she is not picking up my call and her no. Is invalid . Plz help me with this . Help me to get my money backkkk....

                        I have to policy one is 14 days policy and second is 60 days
                        Who sell me course is saying it is under 60 days policy.
                        But cancelation team saying me one policy 14 days policy.

                          Hi,
                          I am student and have studied in aakash indiranagar for one year medical course.

                          During my admission process a Byju's counsellor Mr. Varun Panday guided us with the admission process and how much discount we will be receiving. He was working under somebody named Mr. Muneeb Ahmed (whom Mr. Varun claimed to be his senior).
                          I was first told that I would recieve admission into PCMB batch where i would be taught maths as well. However, on reaching the branch I was told that aakash doesn't have a math course with medical stream at all.
                          Mr. Varun also clearly said that we were to receive ₹10, 000 back, first a ₹5, 000 instant cashback on paying registration fees and then another ₹5000 on completing the course in the form of security deposit refund. On reaching the office, the accountant there, Ms. Lavanya refused to accept the ₹5000 cashback but assured the ₹5000 security deposit refund from Aakash. She also claimed that the cashback was something from Byju's side and Aakash wasn't offering any such cashback, but assured that Aakash will definitely give a ₹5000 refund of the security deposit.

                          First on payment of registration, I didn't receive any cashback and after months of sending emails, calling various people including the said counsellor (Mr. Varun, who later blocked all contacts) and Byju's helplines and customer services, no resolution was given by the company, which shows the pathetic state in which Byju's is running. We finally had given up as there was just no fruit after months of trying and decided to rather just focus on studies for the time being.

                          Now finally after completing the course, i waited for two months and when I still didn't receive the link for a security deposit, I decided to visit the centre. When I visited the centre I was shocked to be informed that there is no security deposit under my name and that i must reach out to Byju's for help.
                          When i reached out to Byju's I was again told to mail whatever proof I have.

                          However, I am tired of this constant sending of mails to various email IDs and calling various numbers just to be given a new number to be called and that "They will surely be able to assist you Sir".
                          I have finally decided to take some action and will be filing a case in the consumer court if I am not provided with a proper resolution before 24th July, Monday and will also be posting this very message with all attachments in the consumer complaint forum TODAY ITSELF, 20 TH JULY, THURSDAY.

                          I have attached all screenshots and recordings and other proofs available to support my claims.

                          I also have confirmed that Mr. Varun still uses the phone number:+91 [protected] and mail IDs varun.[protected]@byjus.com
                          And a personal ID [protected]@gmail.com
                          Hope for a quick and feasible response at least this time.

                            Byju’s Counselor made a promise that the product will be refundable for 2-6 months whenever we want to cancel the subscription but now they are denying and not canceling my course.

                            Moreover, we possess all the video evidence of a counseling session where Nitesh appeared to be evading our concerns for 2months and failing to provide satisfactory explanations we have Saumya Roy and Swastika Sinha as proof in the counseling session on Zoom. Additionally, the counselors had explicitly mentioned the above return policy during our interactions on Zoom Meetings which is recorded by Byjus.

                            We have not received any policy details in the mail or sent an email he cheated about the course. we have been contacted by Byjus representative who denied the refund.

                            We have twitted the video and received more then 2 lakhs view.

                              Dear sir /Madam,
                              We have register Tution for my daughter and paid 61000 . On the first day we have cancelled . As per policy we should receive full amount . After multiple requests Byjus accepted my request and they approve my cancellation request. It is more than one month still we didn’t get refund amount . As middle class parent I can’t afford this much amount still I have paid for my daughter .

                              Kindly help to check and refund my amount as early as possible.

                                We cancelled byjus phmwitg in 14 days as per refund policy. They sent mail tonus cancelled the pgm.but almost 40 days finished 61000 not returning our money
                                I am not understanding what to do with byjus refund money

                                  When I took admission for my son..naman. kankani..the councellors came and convinced a lot for four hrs they sat and said can cancel the course if not satisfied within 14days trial.. but not given any further information about how to cancel..when learn station was provided I asked the mentor how to cancel he said u can csll and cancel..even I called with 14 days.. the senior mentor said ok..processing ur cancelation request but not done..and now even q month has been over not processed my request and my charges even debited from my bank..and now the senior manager s asking me to pay the cancelation fee..it's disappointing me ..they are harrasing me on calls to pay.. the councellors even not answering my csll..no proper information was given to me ..and now even not refunding my money back nor stopping the EMI...plzz look into this matter ..I want my refund back of learn station and my EMI to be stopped...thecteam of byjusis very much bad

                                    Already sent many of mail to all individuals byjus [protected]@byjus.com but no proper action taken by any of them result i getting lots of threat call with different number daily since 10 Apr. 2023 with finance department of Aditya birla capital . Please cancel my subscription and refund all my amount.

                                      Byjus collected money from me and charged extra money to proceed for the cancellation, however after solid 60+ days the loan has not been cancelled. Despite calling them 3 times a week, they always have the same answer stating that they will close the loan within 10 days which does not happen. Byjus is a Fraud company and lures people for money and does not do any good to people.
