I bought the product recently for my younger brother and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

    We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday.. It was a partial cod order wherein the part payment was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

      We got Byjus service and they provided us a tablet
      With byjus application installed we were not happy with the product we exceeded the cancellations time it was upto 7to15 days. but we got that tab in emi every month the amount is been taken by that company we want solution for this problem kindly do the needful

        My parents bought a course for me. Placed the order last night the product got delivered yesterday. Outer cover was torn and looked like it was repacked. The package inside looks fine. How can we be sure that it is actually fine? How do i make sure that the package inside has everything that i’m actually supposed to receive? I have sent a mail to the academic counselor but have not received any response yet...

        I recently formatted by tablet in which byjus sd card was inserted, when i reinstalled byjus premium it asking pin verification. Will you please help me with this.

          My son waited for the product for about a month patiently and this is what i get for my patience. My son was very excited on the first day itself after the demo was conducted. The content of the product was good but to my disappointment the things did not work the way it should have considering the fact that byjus is a big brand. We have enrolled for 4 years course as i have received good feedback from my colleague about byjus. Hence i wanted my son to try it too.

            Their customer service is bad quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work there must be some technical issue because of which the tab is not working.

              I took byjus package in oct 2019 start and my trial period ended by 21 st october 2019 and i placed cancellation request much before it. The amount got charged to my hsbc account as emi but still the company is not reversing charged amount or coming to pick the product. It was registered in name of student aanya jain. I have placed more than 20 calls since cancellation but nor the education counsellor who sold it nor the cancellation department is calling back.

                I registered before one month.the chancellor said that they will provide mentor and All the product but neither mentor called neither chancellor .                     That executive name is ghansyam... Before taking he informed us any time you can cancel and refunded the fund. Now he saying they not told like that. So i not recommend this to any one. Because it's trap after collecting whole amount. So rethink and pay for this byju's learning app.
                    If it is a good organisation they would have helped customer and solved it.

                      I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried calling them and the line is always busy.                             I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
                            Kindly check and see what is to be done.

                              I took byjus learning materials. While i take executive told any time you can cancel if your child can't follow and company will return back money. Now they saying their norms...15 days cut off period. Its a trap byjus doing because if you use or not your fund is block. Its a big organisation now.. They really forgiving the way they come. It's a real trap via executives.. Money is locked last one year in byjus.

                                23 october i am emailing byjus shriya. [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com to update me with some confirmation so that i can dispatch the package as early as possible to their bangalore address thus they can also start the refund but entire team is not answering intentionally. How can they be educational when they are doing such activities and these activities proof that review which are posted by parents are absolutely true. Under such guidelines my children wi. Also become one of them and it wil be shame on my family.

                                  I am worried about hard earn money which is trapped by byjus and now i am even sacred after reading all feedback and reviews posted on twitter and other social networks that the byjus sales people threatening, forcefully entering flat and bungalow and forcefuy asking parents to pay. Some wrote they make refund in two months even if anyone submit and discontinue the program with in 15 days.

                                    In the beginning, your agent mr. Nitin k. S approached me and told about the product. I have opted for the sibling kits. When i received the same one of them was working and the other was not working. I communicated the same to the mentors. It is very much surprise for me any of your helplines numbers are not working!!. Till today i did not get any reply from your side. At the same time your agent mr. Nitin k. S misguided me. He had given many false information to me and rather cheated me!!! I don't want to continue with the same. Many a times, i informed through mail as well as through your mentors. Mentors were telling they are not responsible for this!!!. Then, may i know, who is responsible for all these? Other surprise is for me is that one crooked lady from iifl was continuously calling and disturbing my work!!! Please cancel my kit and do the needful as early as possible.                                       I am writing on behalf of my relative mr. Mukesh kumar singh, resident of kharagpur, west bengal who has been conned by your staff and has been slapped with a loan of rs. 60000/- and has been issued a notice through advocate of capital float for the service they cancelled few days after applying and did not take the product and clearly communicated your employee mr. Arghya chakroborty to cancel it and he assured that it has been cancelled and the refund would be processed soon. Now its been one year and still matter is open.

                                      On 16.09.2018, we were approached by mr arghya chakroborty from byjus, employee id[protected]. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyse our child. My relatives being gentleman allowed him for 2 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed. Later on we had a detailed discussion within our family and we decided not to enroll in this course and cancel the package. So we called mr. Arghya chakroborty on 23.09.18 and requested him to cancel our application to which he said would be taken care of and we trusted to his words. We got a call after 15 days from the delivery section of byju's and they asked us for our consent to deliver at our residence to which we declined and said we have already canceled the package.

                                      We were shocked to receive a notice from advocate of capital float on 13.02.2019 stating to clear the loan of rs.60000/- or come to kolkata for arbitration. We called up your employee and asked for the status and he said not to worry about it and he will take it forward.
                                      Its been close to a year and our request has not been cancelled and on the other hand we have been traumatized by the capital float representatives who are abusing family members, threatening and intimidating of dire consequences on almost daily basis.

                                      We have been getting false assurances from byjus from last 2 months that the refund is under process and it will get done in next 48 hours.

                                      We have registered our complain to consumer forum and if not addressed we will go to consumer court for cheating and mental harassment. Kindly refund the deposit and handle the capital float case at earliest.
