I ordered byjus' tablet around 17th september, 2019 and received it on 1st of october, 2019.
After having a experience, i filled a return request for the tablet on october 6th. Their first reply was quick. After that, they asked for the informations. After i provided that, i got a reply soon. But after that, they ignored my back to back 3 mails. Their salesperson or so called 'mentor' also was try to change my decision by constantly...

I applied for byju's educational kit wroth rs. 65000/- for class 7th to 10th syllabus and paid rs. 6500/- advance via online through credit card. Apply for educational kit ensure that kit is heldful for kids and if not satisfied then return your money easily. I received kit from courrier. But after receiving found that kit is not heldful for children & i talk on customer no. But they speak rudly & pressurize me. So i make complaint online...

I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them. I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted the package thinking about the brand and services. But trust me it is good for nothing. After investing money this is the service i get....

This is in regard with the tab i purchased last month from you guys. The tab i got has some issue which i am able to figure out. I could not reach out to your customer care for some reason. Kindly arrange for a call back asap for me to discuss the issues. The tab is not working and might have some hardware/software issue which you guys would be able to figure out better....

I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.

I received byjus educational kit on 06-10-19 friday by courrier. After receiving kit i found that only two subject included in this course & kids does not benefit to this course. I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. I have received byjus product day before yesterday. Since the tablet got discharged and i plugged in at night. Yesterday morning when i checked the tablet was not charged. I thought could be one of the electrical issue and ignored it. I plunged in again to get it charged to surprise as soon as i removed the charger the battery go drenched again in couple of minutes. Called byjus team for assistance and i was assured their team get it resolved...

I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list....

I called customer care of byju's regarding unlocking the ipad whose password was forgotten by my son. I made 4 calls in the day and every time i received the same response "someone will call you in 15 minutes" i also explained them that i am calling from 2:06 pm, 2:33 pm, 4:12 pm, and 4:39 pm.
It is really frustrating to hear "someone will call you in 15 minutes" and nobody will call you.

I purchased byjus tablet course on 21 september 2019 after 1 week my child does not understanding anything through this programme
I also done email for byjus for cancellation but they not responded and also micro sd card in tablet for this coarse is corrupted
I want to cancel this coarse and i want money refund of 5140rs which i paid starting instalments...

I took subscription of byjus IAS Coaching and after i paid them 1.27 lakh through credit card, and now i dnt want to subscribe soo i called to customer care and told them, i want to un subscribe they told we will call u, daily they r saying this they are not responding at all .The counselor talks very sweet before subscription after they wont do any work..they are frauds cheating all innocent persons...please help me in this regard.....

Recently a representative from byjus called arjun (From chennai) came to my house for to talk about byjus, he made me buy the product and he said if i don't like it in one month he would refund the money. I contacted him in one month and said i was not interested but, he ignored me and started taking money from my bank account without asking me.

I has submitted my complain with request no.3587245 regarding exit from byjus learning app due to some personal reason. For this purpose, i tried so many time from the last 4-5 days to contact to your support centre through e-mail, but every time the email sent gets bounced.

Once again i request you to kindly initiate the process for withdrawal from app immediately and get back your tablet as i have not used it since you provided...

I have not got learning kit since 10 days please deliver it today positively and give me traking code. The counciller has come for councilling on 21 sptember he said that the learning will be given on 7th day of councilling but it has not given there is no notification available please give me some information today only please sir please give me some response...

I filed return for the ordered product within a week time realizing that it's useless for my 3rd standard kid. However, support took almost more than 2 months period and they are coming back and saying you have crossed the the stipulated time period. I can strongly say this is a big scam and these guys are cheaters. Basically selling 15k worth tablet at 38k....
