I am having some trouble installing the sd card in the tab that i purchased from byju's. As far as i could understand the sd card might have gotten corrupted or there might be some malware, whatever is the case. Please get it checked once. This should be corrected soon as it is creating problem/ hurdle in studies which should not be the case.
Kindly check and see what is to be done.

    I took byjus learning materials. While i take executive told any time you can cancel if your child can't follow and company will return back money. Now they saying their norms...15 days cut off period. Its a trap byjus doing because if you use or not your fund is block. Its a big organisation now.. They really forgiving the way they come. It's a real trap via executives.. Money is locked last one year in byjus.

      23 october i am emailing byjus shriya. [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com to update me with some confirmation so that i can dispatch the package as early as possible to their bangalore address thus they can also start the refund but entire team is not answering intentionally. How can they be educational when they are doing such activities and these activities proof that review which are posted by parents are absolutely true. Under such guidelines my children wi. Also become one of them and it wil be shame on my family.

        I am worried about hard earn money which is trapped by byjus and now i am even sacred after reading all feedback and reviews posted on twitter and other social networks that the byjus sales people threatening, forcefully entering flat and bungalow and forcefuy asking parents to pay. Some wrote they make refund in two months even if anyone submit and discontinue the program with in 15 days.
        BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Dear sir,

        I had taken a their program on trial basis. Post not satisfied by the same had cancelled. But even after three weeks no one is giving a correct answer. Their sales executive stopped taking a call. Please help.

Then he told me that i can cancel the program at any point if it is not good for the study of my children. Then, i thought let me see.           I children had registered for byju's the learning app. No. Tnl[protected].
          In the beginning, your agent mr. Nitin k. S approached me and told about the product. I have opted for the sibling kits. When i received the same one of them was working and the other was not working. I communicated the same to the mentors. It is very much surprise for me any of your helplines numbers are not working!!. Till today i did not get any reply from your side. At the same time your agent mr. Nitin k. S misguided me. He had given many false information to me and rather cheated me!!! I don't want to continue with the same. Many a times, i informed through mail as well as through your mentors. Mentors were telling they are not responsible for this!!!. Then, may i know, who is responsible for all these? Other surprise is for me is that one crooked lady from iifl was continuously calling and disturbing my work!!! Please cancel my kit and do the needful as early as possible. Otherwise i will call the media and communicate your cheating in the public. I have already drafted the matter and waiting for your reply!!.

            I am writing on behalf of my relative mr. Mukesh kumar singh, resident of kharagpur, west bengal who has been conned by your staff and has been slapped with a loan of rs. 60000/- and has been issued a notice through advocate of capital float for the service they cancelled few days after applying and did not take the product and clearly communicated your employee mr. Arghya chakroborty to cancel it and he assured that it has been cancelled and the refund would be processed soon. Now its been one year and still matter is open.

            On 16.09.2018, we were approached by mr arghya chakroborty from byjus, employee id[protected]. He approached us first saying that he wants to analyse our child. My relatives being gentleman allowed him for 2 hours at our house and in turn he convinced us that we should enroll our child in think and learn programme of byjus. We agreed. Later on we had a detailed discussion within our family and we decided not to enroll in this course and cancel the package. So we called mr. Arghya chakroborty on 23.09.18 and requested him to cancel our application to which he said would be taken care of and we trusted to his words. We got a call after 15 days from the delivery section of byju's and they asked us for our consent to deliver at our residence to which we declined and said we have already canceled the package.

            We were shocked to receive a notice from advocate of capital float on 13.02.2019 stating to clear the loan of rs.60000/- or come to kolkata for arbitration. We called up your employee and asked for the status and he said not to worry about it and he will take it forward.
            Its been close to a year and our request has not been cancelled and on the other hand we have been traumatized by the capital float representatives who are abusing family members, threatening and intimidating of dire consequences on almost daily basis.

            We have been getting false assurances from byjus from last 2 months that the refund is under process and it will get done in next 48 hours.

            We have registered our complain to consumer forum and if not addressed we will go to consumer court for cheating and mental harassment. Kindly refund the deposit and handle the capital float case at earliest.

              @byjus awb d72125029 please cancel my order and refund my money back. I don't want to continue your programe so please cancel this order and refund my money back. Since 19 october onwards i am chasing this so called education application customer care number to address my concerns and close the problems. I am shocked this is clothing category based application which they are selling on the name of education and making fool and taking so big amount. How can you called yourself a educational program?
              When your programe is completely business based? Since saturday i am requesting your team to cancel to cancel to refund the amount.

                This is to inform that, i the parent of a nethra (Loan no kri18e[protected]&config=1) not in a position to continue the byjus classes, due to severe financial crisis.in spite of several letters and telephonic conversation with byjus, you people are still continuously contacting us through phone and disturbing me. I kindly request you to take back your product, since we have stopped the mentor classes long back. Kindly consider our situation and do the needful. Kindly intimate the date and time in advance to take back your product which we have deactivated long back. If any telephone calls from byjus comes again, we have no other option to go for consumer court only.

I send the mail for byjus team for refunding the product but one of the person mr. Mani contact but he told refund is not possible because already months is over but iam now, i don't want above product because no body will respond. They are cheater. Please, cancel this product. The total cost of the product was rs. 60000. I don't have pay single money for this product. I don't have single money in my account. We took the
                Course for a trial period of one months. They get the documents signed by me. Also on faith we shared the bank details.
                Grievances :
                1. They didn't share the basic signed contract document with us.
                2. During discussion they never mentioned that the payment deduction will through ecs and the document they got us signed was for ecs deduction. Their communication was not clear and never ensured that we understood all the clauses.
                3.in the meantime my daughter have eye and headache problem for using electronic device. So, she didn't require coaching and materials.
                I was send many emails to your company for cancellation of your product. But, your company will no response to me. The capital float company will force to pay money for your product. Who is capital float company. Why, that company will force to me. So, we feel cheated by the company, sales person. So, help us in cancelling the contract. I have mental and physical problem for about your product issues. So, relieve this problem in immediately.

                BYJU’S representative Harish Nikhil visited my house on Sept. 2019. He processed registration and get forms signed by me stating that it was registration formability. In that one form was of CAPITAL Float loan which was kept untold during signing off. Iam not interested to purchase this product. He was force to bought a product.
                So it took more time for me reply on cancellation request. If I had receive product in time I could have reply in stated 15 days timeline. But since received product late and it all end up with submission of cancellation request after one month which is quite logical and justifiable. But BYJU’S seems not doing ethical business. They looks more interested in selling their product forcefully.
                I submitted cancellation request and assumed that now it will be processed. No communication even form mentor for 1.5 months and all of sudden EMI will pay on account of Capital Float loan account which kept hidden while signing off registration forms. I stopped that ECS immediately by the way.
                It is obligatory to BYJU’S to make call after 15 days to verify on processing request which is right & ethical way of doing business. BYJU’S is big fraud and think twice before entertaining their fake sales persons. They will process your request and EMI without any consent from you. I am still following up for refund and soon will file legal complaint against this unethical business firm.
                Please call if anyone want to join to file complaint jointly. Let people make aware of their unlawful working style and fraudulent business. And also send more mails and phone calls for cancel this process. But, that company simply saying, you will pay money .No, response to that company. That company will force to pay money for that product. I was returned that product to that company. Iam not using that product. Iam returning this product, I will provide evidence to you for courier slip.Please, resolve this problem . You, will collect my signed documents from that company/. I was mental stress have this problem issues. Iam not continuing my regular work for this problem issues.

                Sir, solve my problem.
                Please dont trust such institutions they are extremely fake.
                At the time of joining and registring yourself, they will call u many times a day.
                but after registration and once u join the course they will not bother to take ur problems and solve your query.
                I registered myself on sep/19 and i was told that if your mind will change you will get a refund.
                after few days i told them to refund as i wont b able to continue further with this and now its been almost two months and more they are making fool and customer care service executives are also manupulating and are not giving my signed documents back.
                Please dont trust spcly this institute. They are playing with the career of students.
                i dont even have words to describe the nonsense they are doing with other people who earn hard money to join these coaching centres.

                  I am gmat student for byju's tablet. I really disappointed with my mentor's lack of response for days together. Even if the response i receive, it doesn't solve my purpose it's a request to ask the mentor to respond with a proper solution or please change my mentor who is more efficient in tackling queries. Please let me know how to mention the name of the mentor without publicly displaying.

                    I bought the product recently and i cannot connect the tab to wi-fi. I have tried reaching their sales person and it says number not reachable. Seems like there is some issue with the tab. I was told that if we connect once to the internet, her mentor will be able to track my child’s progress and will be able to help him better. He has started using the app but not able to connect it to the internet. I want this issue solved as soon as possible. I have waited for a response for quite some time now. No one called me and i gave them a call two days back and asked for replacement. She said concerned person will call me back within 48 hours and help me with this but still no word from them.

                      I was convinced that the services will be good, i am highly disappointed. The battery drains very fast in the tab, it doesn't work properly. Also the materials and the tab was delivered later than what was promised. There is no responsibility from byjus. I regret that i chose this service. I hope after this complaint they send books and sd card on time and there will be some actions taken for the tab.

                        I had ordered for class 10th tab for cbse syllabus but i have received the icse one instead of cbse syllabus. Now i have ordered this for my daughter but its been a month and my daughter's studies are being hampered due to the delay. I have been calling them and they have been assuring me every time but this is unacceptable behavior from such a brand. Respond urgently!!!

                          The tab is not responding properly to touch though it was formatted as per direction by your technical team.
                          As per my understanding when a customised tab is provided by byju, the software and hardware problem to be sorted out by byju.
                          I would request you send the terms and conditions regarding the same.
                          I am not in a position to go to service center to get the tab checked. Pls arrange someone to do the needful and provide another tab as stop gap arrangement.
                          Hope you understand the situation and do the needful asap...

                            I had purchased the product 3 months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person contact but she told refund is not possible because already 3 months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because i have family issues and i have 1.5 yr daughter and currently not having any job.
                            Please cancel the application and refund the amount.

                              I have taken byjus product for my son for 7-8 class. Till the time i paid them the program fees, the follow up from the the executive was prompt however once the payment was done they are not responding to my concerns which is wrong product offering i. E. Instead of cbse board they have given us icse content which is of no use. Now the customer who they treated as kings before taking the product are on their victim list.

                                We have received the product (Byjus course) through blue dart day before yesterday. It was a partial cod order wherein the payment of 5k was already done. Rest i had to pay at the door step to the courier guy. I was not there while the product delivery happened. My family received it on behalf of me. When i returned back i was informed that the delivery guy literally shouted at my brother as we did not have change amount to pay him. This is unethical way to treat your cx. This is even beyond harassment.

                                  My daughter i s studying in class 5 and we bought byjus program for her. They promised that the course will reach within 5 days. It has been 10 days since i ordered the course. I called to check the status and the shipment always shows will reach you shortly. We have not gone anywhere, we are at home so that if someone calls we are available to answer the call. No one responded when we called last time. I sincerely hope that byjus takes action on this. We want the course to be delivered immediately.

                                    On 30th aug2019 i got a call from byjus representative to by buy a course for my son and he gave the quote of 45000 for that. The chat with him is attached. On 2nd of sep another guy karan sharma came to my house and filled up order form for that and ask me to do initial payment of 4500 rs.
                                    I did that and screens are attached for references.
                                    After 1 hr he came back and said the quote sent to me was wrong by mistake and i need to pay 60000 for this course. I told him that i agree to buy course in 45k if thwy cannot provide then get my order cancelled and give my paid money 4500 rs back to me. He said ok course cannot be deliver in 45k and iam sending cancellation and refund to myjus office. After that i
                                    Followed up with him for 15 days and he said i have done cancellation request on 4th sep so i need to talk/mail with byjus cancelation team.
                                    Related chat is attached.

                                    Now almost 1 and half has month has gone and i have tried to follow up this matter several times over their customer care no [protected].
                                    I also received calls from byjus team members (Old mentor raksha shetri) by saying they are looking the matter and asked for payment reference detail for refund. I have provided that also to her.in next follow up she said i will talk with senior manager over this and update you back, but unfortunately she didn't call back and matter still pending. After that i had a discussion on this matter with their manager amit sharma and he said he will personally take this matter with refund department and i will get the money back. Today itself i tried to communicate with them and old mentor raksha told me that i need to be more patience even after 45 days, because they don't have my order details and they need to talk with sales team over this why order is not punched after payment received.
                                    So the moral of story is they don't take customer phones/mails seriously and don't have defined process to resolve customer problems/issues. Iam attaching the details of all communications i had with them in this issue.

                                    At last i request to take this matter with bujus and get my money back from them.

                                      I ordered byjus' tablet around 17th september, 2019 and received it on 1st of october, 2019.
                                      After having a experience, i filled a return request for the tablet on october 6th. Their first reply was quick. After that, they asked for the informations. After i provided that, i got a reply soon. But after that, they ignored my back to back 3 mails. Their salesperson or so called 'mentor' also was try to change my decision by constantly telling about their faculty. When i refused and asked to tell ne the exact process for their product's return, he started to ignore my message and phone calls.
                                      I then contacted their priority service. Got a reply at first, but no reply from them too over a week and i've already received message that money will be deducted at the time of emi payment from my account.
                                      Please, i want my refund.
                                      BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
