cheating , fake promising and misleading.

Byjus's counselor mr. Raunak raman had came to my home to convince us about the program. I was not convinced as i could not understand the idea of online learning for 12 yrs old without my help. I mean, how can that be possible but he ensure that the study material is very good and easy to understand and the mentors will keep a track of her progress and will call her to help and, i can cancel it at any point if it is not good enough so, registered...

I was purchased the product three months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms kanika contact but she told refund is not possible because already three months is over but i am paying 3000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding and no use of tab. They are cheater. Please cancelled the application and refund the amount.

    I am writing on this platform after complaining on byju's helpline number and through emails to byju's support. Byju's did not respond to any email and their customer care executive said they have no idea how my complaint will be resolved.

    On 16th september, 2019, byju's representative mr. Nishant nigam, employee id 21819930, came to our home for counselling. His tab was not working so he took test of my son on his mobile...

    On 22.09.2019 byjus counsellor came to us and explained about byjus course and also assured us about 15 days refund policy. As big company we trusted and paid amount of 130000/- from credit card of my younger brother. On the same day i realised that the product is not in favour of my child as he was informed me that he has issue with his eye on using mobile and tab i consulted with doctor he also advised for not using of mobile and tabs, i mailed to counselor mr hadshvardhan shekhawat regarding cancellation of my order but he told me that once i have to punch ur order and after receiving order you can request for cancellation of order and you will get refund and he is pressing me for punching the order which would be completed only after entering the otp came on my registered mobile number but i denied to give, then on next day dated 23.09.2019 i had rase a cancellation request online at byjus customer care number they requested me for the email regarding cancellation of order and i mailed for the same with complete details as they told me their executive also told me that after receiving your cancellation mail our executive will call you with in 24 hour and notify regarding cancellation and refund but after passing of 48 hours still i don't contacted by them, i again call at customer care number and ask about my order cancellation and refund they saying that our executive call you, i ask about some heigher manager to talk but they denied to gave me any mobile number or email i requested that please tell me about my refund request they only replied our executive will call you.
    To today my brother received a message from his bank regarding credit card loan details which will generated towards byju payment. I talked to mr hadshvardhan regarding this as he informed us that ur payment will deducted after 45 days but he told me that without punching your order i am helpless.
    It is very serious situation for me and my family all members are in tension and don't know what to do. Finally after a lot of search i find this platform hope it will resolve my problem and help us to overcome from this situation.

    R/sir,
    Regarding cancellation of of registration application receipt no. Tnl[protected] dated 22.09.2019 kuldeep dadhich.
    I had signed application for byju's app from class 3 to class 10 and given to your employee id tnl[protected] named harshvardhan shekhawat on 22.09.2019 with full payment amounting to rs. 130000.00 via hdfc credit card. On going through the documents and available information, i could not find this app/product suitable for my candidate and hence wants to cancel the requested order immediately. This request is being made as per your terms and conditions clause no. 9. Also, it is to inform that i have already requested to harshvardhan for cancellation and not processing this order through email on same day i. E. 22.09.2019. Therefore, it is requested again that my submitted application should not be processed for this byju's product (I have not punch byjus order). Any inconvenience shall be regreted. With regards.
    Also please cancelled as soon as possible as i am going through mental tension regarding my hard earned money.
    Hope your customer policy bounded you to cancelled my order and make a refund in my credit card account to maintained your brand name in heart.

      Sir,
      In june 2019, i have subscribed to byju's learning app 4 year plan for my ward vivek in 9th standard for a total cost of nearly 1, 00, 000/-, out of which 10, 000/- was advanced. The remaining portion was loan.

      I was not properly informed that i am taking a third party loan. I was not given copy of loan agreement or any proof relating to my loan liability.

      My son finds it difficult to follow the app. He cannot understand the lessons. The mentor support as promised by the company is not adequate. No evaluation of learning progress is done by the company.

      Hence i desire to limit the use of byju's app to 9th standard only. I don't want to continue after one year.

      I am contacting byju's from 31/08/2019 onwards for rescheduling the subscription to 9th standard only. But they are dismissing my request saying that cancellation can only be done within 15 days of subscription. I explained that i am not asking for cancellation, but rescheduling the learning programme to one year. But they blankly rejecting my request without citing any reason. They are not answering my emails.

      The mentor who attends the calls keeps on promising that he will discuss and call back. That never happens.

      Eventhough i had brought this request before byju's priority support email service on 16/09/2019, and it was registered as ticket number 3475064, no positive steps has been taken.

      I request the consumer complaits forum to take necessary action onthe byju's learning app's unfair trade practice for not allowing the subscriber the option to reschedule learning programme in the coming 3 years.

        I am of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try
        I need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue watching byjus. Please replace my tablet as soon as possible. Please.

          I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

          According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

            I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
            Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

            Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

              The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
              They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked

                I have taken this tab enrolling for 5th std. And they also gave us 4th grade sd which does not load the videos. I have complained end no of times no use. They are just pushing the time to complete the year, very smart. More over it not safe for kids the guy mentor calls at 10 pm to talk to the child do u think its safe.
                Its just rubbish app. You people better refund my money. I have all the proof since which the app in not working.. Its just money making company by giving dummy tab.

                  I ordered byjus for my daughter for class 6, 7 and 8th. Byjus counselor mr-yash shrivastav came to my home and promised that currently he will delivered 6th and 7th class product and after one week he will delivered 8th class product. I made the full payment. After one week when i called counselor mr-yash shrivastav and asked for 8th class product, he denied and said you will get only for 6th and 7th class. When i called byjus customer care there is no response.
                  When i asked to cancel my order and refund my money they denied to cancel it whereas i was told by the counselor mr-yash shrivastav that you can cancel it at any time you will get the refund within one week.

                  This is a very big fraud running by byjus and they are not responding on mail.

                  Please help me to get my money back

                    I have taken class 9th tablet course from byjus just 3 months before and now when my child is not using it a little i called on to byjus to return that product and request them to please not deduct the fee anymore. But they denied directly, buts that's the govt rule that pay the fees until when you are studying.
                    Please as a responsible and the company with great good will around the globe help me as also we are not much economically good to pay for what we are no more using since last 1 month.

                      The company is frauding people, the sales agent came to our house and told that the tablet given will be locked and only be used for study but the child is playing games and playing youtube videos. We to return and need refund because we taken package of 11 + 12 class. The salesman name is prateek khandelwal his no. Is [protected]. Their notes and summary doesn't approve by the school teacher. The child failed in all subjects.

                        We were given the belief that the tab that we are buying will have igcse courses on it. They never have the course content that they promised. We were misled again and again every time we complained. Since past 1 year or more, we have not received any confirmation against cancellation request made to their executives, who all seem to have left their jobs. The letters to ceo of byjus remain unanswered and the guys from capital float harass us every now and then saying that byjus will not respond since for hem the money has been paid for by them. We have lost the initial payment, not used the machine ever since it came to us since it doesn’t have the content required, my daughter is managing from other tuitions etc and yet we are being harassed to pay another 15000 to settle the matter. Byjus you are corrupt, you have wrong business pratices and completely customer unfriendly attitude. May god’s wrath fall upon you.

                          Have never gone through such a fake and pathetic services till date. Honestly is this company even trying to work or just launching big ads to cover them.
                          I received a product from byjus. I was skeptical which receiving the product as packaging seemed bad and damaged. Though i accepted them thinking about the brand and services. But trust me the team is good for nothing. To avoid the mistakes, each team is denying the fault of theirs. I find no way out please help. After investing money this is the service i get. What else can we expect from such in-efficient team.

                            Their customer service is of worst quality. They have no people who can resolve the issues & these people keep shifting blames on one another - in fact they are incompetent to resolve any issue & if issue is technical, you can call these people fools. They have taken money & tablet provided by them does not work. They have shown no urgency to even collect the tablet & rectify the problem at earliest.in fact, they wanted me to dispatch the tablet immediately on a sunday when all the offices were closed. However, they have been unable to pick this tablet up for rectification in last 48 hours. They ask you for money, expect you to run pillar to post while these fools play with your career sending you non-working stuff. I have no time to provide further details

                              I was supposed to get my tab within 15 days from the date of ordering, it has been 20 days now and there is no sign of the tab delivery. I have paid for the tab in full and now i have not received the tab. Let me know if i would be getting the delivery anytime soon or i need to take any harsh steps regarding this. This is not what i expected from such a reputed company.

                                First of all A counsellor name anubhav rawat came at my home for conselling
                                Then he started convincing to take subscription of a year for class 7th and he said during that time i[censored] have any problem to study after taking subscription I m here to take a guarantee to take it back and cancelled ur subscription at any time
                                But now when we are not satisfied with this subscription and my baby don't want to study by that tablet they are not attending the call and also now they are starterd abusing during call period nd they are now forcing us to take subscription and they are saying that it's more than 15 days it's too late
                                While I have all the screenshot of msg whatever I send to MR ANUBHAV RAWAT to cancelled that subscription and also have a call recording in which he said clearly it's just 3 days u have to take more time then I will cancel it but now he is also saying that I don't commit anything.
                                I have all the screenshots and all the call recording what they said on call or which kind of way of talking they use...
                                And also they are sending msg to cut the first EMI of ₹1568 approx after taking 2100 for registeration
                                And they are forcing to pay EMI while we don't want to continue the subscription.
                                We are very depressed by these and also my father's has lots of tension because of these EMI msgs.
                                Kindly help us and please take any action against these BYJU'S Company.

                                    As we purchased byju learning programme for class 10th to class 12th from the counseller (Atul dubey) on 25 august 2019. I met with my order after 15 days on 10 september 2019. After few days we called the team for support but there was no proper response. After this type of situation i am not interested with your product. I tried to tell my counseller for cancellation but i am having no response from him. After this i want to completely return your product as it is in the trial period of 15 days. So please complete the process of returning the course.
                                    Also return my advance of inr 9000 and cancel nach mendate on my account as soon as possible.
