I has submitted my complain with request no.3587245 regarding exit from byjus learning app due to some personal reason. For this purpose, i tried so many time from the last 4-5 days to contact to your support centre through e-mail, but every time the email sent gets bounced.

Once again i request you to kindly initiate the process for withdrawal from app immediately and get back your tablet as i have not used it since you provided me.

    I have not got learning kit since 10 days please deliver it today positively and give me traking code. The counciller has come for councilling on 21 sptember he said that the learning will be given on 7th day of councilling but it has not given there is no notification available please give me some information today only please sir please give me some response

      I filed return for the ordered product within a week time realizing that it's useless for my 3rd standard kid. However, support took almost more than 2 months period and they are coming back and saying you have crossed the the stipulated time period. I can strongly say this is a big scam and these guys are cheaters. Basically selling 15k worth tablet at 38k.

        Got a sales rep selling me a product for my daughter who studies in an international board. The tab that came was for icse syllabi’s on 8th september 2019.
        Immediately reported the same to byjus, was promised cancellation on 10th september. Post that lore than 40 follow up calls, no one taking onus, cancellation team not calling back and cannot he connected to via call centre. 3 mentos changed in 20 days intimidating my daughter to keep the tab and telling her icse is same as cie complete package included tab, mentor ship, ai assistance... Nothing provided as promised.

        Complain number 3411067 dated 10th september 2019 still open.

          I am a byjus premium member And this membership which includes the premium app and the SD card which contains the videos can only be naught by personally contacting byjus.
          The send the parcel via post. The fact is they just send you the course stuff and whenever an update for the premium app comes out you cannot update it. The pattern for exams and syllabus constantly keeps changing and there's no way to update the app. To update it you have to buy everything again.

            I bought byju's program for my son, class 9-12 in april 2019 due to big promises and sweet talks of byju's sales guy. Then the byju’s tab suddenly stopped working on 17th september and since then we are facing the poorest customer service from byjus. Everytime we call they are telling "we will call you back" but still no solution to the problem. His 10th class half yearly exams is under way and he is desperate to get the tab problem rectified but byjus's customer team seems feelingless and senceless.

            After plently of calls continuously made for 2 days from my son, then they ask us to send the tab via courier to bangalore office, we send it and they received on 23rd sep'2019. And now since 4 days there is no answer as what will happen next or when we will get back the tab. Only the lethargic answers we are receiving "we will call you back" or "the expert will call you" or "we will tell you asap"

            The tab were sold by byjus for the course of 4 years and it even doesn’t work for 4 months and a very unhelpful and non-cooperative customer service that even they don’t’ have any manner and hospitality to talk to kids and there is no follow up from them. Whenever we call there is new person picking up the phone and we have to tell him full story again and we will get the same answer "we will call you back" or "the expert will call you" or "we will tell you asap".

            I send them an emails on [protected]@byjus.com, [protected]@byjus.com but even they don’t bother to respond to any of it.

            You can imagine that they are just focussed on to sell their product and don’t want to give the service.

              I had placed an order with bjyu's for study materials of 10th. They delivered the tab with 7th std materials. Now i find that i do not have an order id, nor is my mobile number or email id registered with them. I am not able to get any positive replies from the various persons that i spoke with. But all i have in hand is a tab with 7th standard materials which is actually of no use for my son who is in 9th cbse. I would appreciate if anyone could help me in getting this sorted out.

                I bought their sd card for class 12. Since i uploaded it, it has no videos, as it was my only reason to buy it and the salesman pestering me, i asked for refund saying its their fault. But no one is responding. Dont buy byjus products. Its a waste of time and money. My money has gone to dustbin. But calling themselves teachers. Shame. The money i paid may b a number to them. But it ia my familys one weak expenditure. Kindly help.

                  I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. He is insisting on replacing the tablet and is telling me not to go for refund without actually using the app. To replace i’d have to send this back and wait for the new one. He couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why it does not work. He said sorry and told me this was not supposed to happen. If such things are not taken care of before sending, our valuable time is actually wasted getting things sorted. I have not yet decided what to do.

                    Byjus customer support line never connects. I bought the product almost a week back and i have not received it yet. Due to some reasons i have not been able to call and check the status. But i have called them 3 times in the last 24 hours. Everytime im put to wait. Such questions should be answered at the right time and not callback after day or two. They should not make people wait like this and treat issues like this as priority. I have a mail which says it is dispatched. But it has not reached till now. How do we track it if the calls don’t connect immediately?

                      I just received the byjus product. Though i received the product on time but there was a packing issue. The packing was all withered from the edge.
                      Please look after these small issues. The product that you guys deal with is electronic and fragile it will lead to necessary loss for both o[censored]s.
                      It is a feedback to the company to improve the packing.
                      The content of the app is very good. It has covered the minute topic and explained it well.

                        cheating , fake promising and misleading.

                        Byjus's counselor mr. Raunak raman had came to my home to convince us about the program. I was not convinced as i could not understand the idea of online learning for 12 yrs old without my help. I mean, how can that be possible but he ensure that the study material is very good and easy to understand and the mentors will keep a track of her progress and will call her to help and, i can cancel it at any point if it is not good enough so, registered...

                        I was purchased the product three months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms kanika contact but she told refund is not possible because already three months is over but i am paying 3000 per month emi. Now i don't want above product because no body will responding and no use of tab. They are cheater. Please cancelled the application and refund the amount.

                          On 22.09.2019 byjus counsellor came to us and explained about byjus course and also assured us about 15 days refund policy. As big company we trusted and paid amount of 130000/- from credit card of my younger brother. On the same day i realised that the product is not in favour of my child as he was informed me that he has issue with his eye on using mobile and tab i consulted with doctor he also advised for not using of mobile and tabs, i mailed to counselor mr hadshvardhan shekhawat regarding cancellation of my order but he told me that once i have to punch ur order and after receiving order you can request for cancellation of order and you will get refund and he is pressing me for punching the order which would be completed only after entering the otp came on my registered mobile number but i denied to give, then on next day dated 23.09.2019 i had rase a cancellation request online at byjus customer care number they requested me for the email regarding cancellation of order and i mailed for the same with complete details as they told me their executive also told me that after receiving your cancellation mail our executive will call you with in 24 hour and notify regarding cancellation and refund but after passing of 48 hours still i don't contacted by them, i again call at customer care number and ask about my order cancellation and refund they saying that our executive call you, i ask about some heigher manager to talk but they denied to gave me any mobile number or email i requested that please tell me about my refund request they only replied our executive will call you.
                          To today my brother received a message from his bank regarding credit card loan details which will generated towards byju payment. I talked to mr hadshvardhan regarding this as he informed us that ur payment will deducted after 45 days but he told me that without punching your order i am helpless.
                          It is very serious situation for me and my family all members are in tension and don't know what to do. Finally after a lot of search i find this platform hope it will resolve my problem and help us to overcome from this situation.
                          I am also sharing my latest email to byjus customer care

                          R/sir,
                          Regarding cancellation of of registration application receipt no. Tnl[protected] dated 22.09.2019 kuldeep dadhich.
                          I had signed application for byju's app from class 3 to class 10 and given to your employee id tnl[protected] named harshvardhan shekhawat on 22.09.2019 with full payment amounting to rs. 130000.00 via hdfc credit card. On going through the documents and available information, i could not find this app/product suitable for my candidate and hence wants to cancel the requested order immediately. This request is being made as per your terms and conditions clause no. 9. Also, it is to inform that i have already requested to harshvardhan for cancellation and not processing this order through email on same day i. E. 22.09.2019. Therefore, it is requested again that my submitted application should not be processed for this byju's product (I have not punch byjus order). Any inconvenience shall be regreted. With regards.
                          Also please cancelled as soon as possible as i am going through mental tension regarding my hard earned money.
                          Hope your customer policy bounded you to cancelled my order and make a refund in my credit card account to maintained your brand name in heart.

                            Sir,
                            In june 2019, i have subscribed to byju's learning app 4 year plan for my ward vivek in 9th standard for a total cost of nearly 1, 00, 000/-, out of which 10, 000/- was advanced. The remaining portion was loan.

                            I was not properly informed that i am taking a third party loan. I was not given copy of loan agreement or any proof relating to my loan liability.

                            My son finds it difficult to follow the app. He cannot understand the lessons. The mentor support as promised by the company is not adequate. No evaluation of learning progress is done by the company.

                            Hence i desire to limit the use of byju's app to 9th standard only. I don't want to continue after one year.

                            I am contacting byju's from 31/08/2019 onwards for rescheduling the subscription to 9th standard only. But they are dismissing my request saying that cancellation can only be done within 15 days of subscription. I explained that i am not asking for cancellation, but rescheduling the learning programme to one year. But they blankly rejecting my request without citing any reason. They are not answering my emails.

                            The mentor who attends the calls keeps on promising that he will discuss and call back. That never happens.

                            Eventhough i had brought this request before byju's priority support email service on 16/09/2019, and it was registered as ticket number 3475064, no positive steps has been taken.

                            I request the consumer complaits forum to take necessary action onthe byju's learning app's unfair trade practice for not allowing the subscriber the option to reschedule learning programme in the coming 3 years.

                              I am of grade 7 studing in bangalore. My tab is not functioning properly from october. It is like freezed and if i need to type anything if the letter does not come i need to make it from portrait to landscape and then try
                              I need to press a button atleast 10 times for it to accept that button or sometimes nothing happens. I waited thinking it as a temporary problem but it is there for 4 months. I would like to continue watching byjus. Please replace my tablet as soon as possible. Please.

                                I booked class 8th study material with samsung tab on and paid 15000/- in advance. They take 7 days for delivery but almost a month passed than also i didn't got my order. Everytime i call them they make different kind of excuses ans assure us with false hopes.

                                According to them they deliver there order with 7 days. Kindly assist on getting me the tab or if not then refund.

                                  I have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th and 9th standard and they have delivered.
                                  Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

                                  Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket. Finally they sent an email saying that ticket is closed since complaint attended.

                                    The content is not nice all the chapters are locked they are not teaching the basics
                                    They cheated with me and i regularly register complaints which are not taken under consideration i will make sure that i am the last one to use the services provided by them from my family and relatives if my problems are not solved by them. The most important part that half the content is locked
